I have bought mobile from indiaplaza.in on 28th October,2010. It was commited from indiaplaza to deliver it on 4th November, 2010. Even after 2 months they have not sent the mobile. On calling customer care they say they are checking with supplier. This is very unsatisfactory.

Indiaplaza is worst ever online shopping site in India. I have my order pending
since past 1 month ( this was after my 2 orders got canceled after 1 month each ).
No sign of shipment. No replies for support tickets. When you phone them ( an number is not toll free ), you will be just put on hold for minutes and minutes so you will actually end up paying phone call charges for no use. When you send them sms to call you back, they never call you back.
It's the worst shopping site.
I got some gift vouchers of the site. So I am just stuck up with them and getting forced to buy something with them just to avail my gift vouchers. Otherwise I will never bother to buy something with them even if its at 10% of the market value.

Only good online shopping sites right now is Tradus and indiatimes also is ok.

    I'd ordered a Jaipan Jumbo Roti maker from indiaplaza.in on 30th Nov 2010 (Order # IN[protected]) and made a payment through my internet banking account. As per the confirmation my order was supposed to be shipped by 3rd Dec 2010. Till 8th Dec 2010 there was no communication about my order and the order status on the website said 'Ready to ship' and ship date as 3rd Oct 2010. I called up at their customer care[protected] and was told the supplier does not have stock and the order will be shipped soon.
    On 14th Dec 2010 I again tried to reach the customer care as the status on the website was still the same, I logged a ticket using their website (Ticket # CNT[protected]) and did not get any response. I again called them on 15th Dec 2010 and asked them to either deliver the product or cancel the order and pay back my money with damages. On 15th Dec 2010, I got a call from one of their managers that they've cancelled the order and will refund my money back in 3-4 days.

    Is this professionalism?
    If they did not have the product then how can they sell it on their website?
    Why was it that they had to wait till I call and enquire about my order, they had my email Id and mobile number and could’ve updated me of the delay?

    They are a bunch of cheaters and have setup a business with the intention to loot money from innocent online shoppers.

    Hoping for action against indiaplaza.in

    IndiaPlaza.in — Harry Potter book is missing!

    I have purchase tatasky recharge coupen on 02/11/2007 for Rs 2000.00 the order No[protected] but the recharge coupen as not reached to me so pleace sent the coupen at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,
    I placed an order on Indiaplaza.in by order no [protected] on dated 5th february 2008. But i did not received my product till now. when i contacted to indiaplaza customercare they told me that your product has been delivered to you. it was sent by AFL courior by consignment no[protected]. when i checked the AFL website it is showing delivered to Pramila on dated[protected]. But here is no pramila on the address given by me for delivery. the amount has been debited from my card account and i did not received my product. Pl help me in this matter.

    Hello,
    I did purchased a Fisher Price Everyday Dora - Dolls Assortment worth INR644 on 30th Dec 2009. The order number was[protected] dated Dec 30 2009. The initial status was to deliver the packet on 7th Jan 2010. The delivery was not accomplished on 7th Jan 2010. I was not informed on the delay as well. When I contacted their customer desk on 9th Jan 2010, they came to know about the delay and could not process immediately. However they promised me to deliver the packet on 11th Jan 2010. As per the attachment it says the delivery to be accomplished on 11th Jan 2010. As on today it is 12th Jan 2010 07:57 PM IST, the delivery is not accomplished yet. They made me to break my promises made to my kid and am seriously concerned on their business.
    Would kindly request you to take necessary actions to bring the act of law and justice to the customer.

    After several discussions with Indiaplaza, I could catch-hold of Gautam R, who is responsible for Bangalore unit deliveries. I would like to appreciate his honest response and quick action on my request.

    Would recommend customers to interact with Gautam for the queries if they have any, on the deliveries.

    IndiaPlaza.in — Goods delivered is not working properly

    Hi,


    I had Purchased the Ipon form this site, the same was delivered defective. I logded a customer complaint and the same was replaced.

    The Ipod which was replaced is not functioning properly. The good is under 1 months sellers warranty.

    The site is not replying to my query since last 15 days.

    Kindly help me in getting the good replaced and compensation of Rs. 50,0000 for the constant follow-up and mental agony as the same was purchased to gift it to my dad.

    Also help me for the procedural ascept on filing the case against indiaplaza.

    Hi,

    Please be noted that i ordered "Next Generation Kids Laptop With Latest Technology" in www.indiaplaza.in my order no is IN[protected] Dt:02-Oct-2010, they cofnirmed that the product would be delivered on 8th oct 2010 and until now i didnt receive it.. So far, i made 5 written complaints/followup on their webiste + several phone calls.. they keep on say that the Item in out of stock and would be delivered in next 2- 3 days...

      I have shopping experience from various online shopping sites like Indiatimes , rediff shopping , futurebazaar , tradus , etc.
      But Indiaplaza is worst of them. There is no doubt about it.
      They never ship the goods. It may take 30 days and after that if you
      keep on pushing them , they will simply refund the payment. Refund also
      takes further 15 days. It really sucks. They just take your money for free
      for 2 months , bother you , irritate you and waste your time.
      Never ever buy from India Plaza. They are crooks.

      tried calling help line. cant connect as message you get is ---number does not exist.
      have mailed them , but no reply.
      i think this a major scam
      I completely agree with you and also the customer service executives are good for nothings with no idea what to respond

        I had ordered flowers to be delivered, and made an online payment. But the delivery has been made till date. Its four days past the actual date.

        On 29th Nov 2010: I ordered for flowers to be delivered (Order No. IN[protected]), made a payment through my credit card, which was processed instantaneously.
        The delivery date was 30th Nov (The catalogue mentioned delivery can be made on the same day, I chose a date later)

        On 30 the evening since there was no delivery: I called the customer care, they said by end of the day, the delivery would be made. Nothing happened, so I raised a ticket through their website, for non delivery of item, there has been no response to that (ticket no CNT[protected])

        And continuously after that I have been trying to track the order: the status show is: Ready to ship (for the past 2 days), no has been picking up the phone either at the customer care, I tried calling everyday atleast 10 times

        On 3rd again I raised a ticket, this time threatening to go to consumer forum, but still no delivery and any response from the company (ticket no. CNT[protected])

        I have lost all hopes of the delivery of flowers, but this has agitated me as a customer, this is cheating and fraud, they should have the courtesy to call back or respond.

        I ask them to return my money, but there is no way to get my voice across. Please help, a troubled customer

          I had ordered items BPL emergency light & Amkette Flash TV under the order numbers[protected] & IN[protected] respectively on appox 15th August but not did not receive the item yet. BPL emergency light was delivered but it was broken. I was asked to send it back but I have not received the item yet. Amkette flash TV is also not delivered. I also don't get the response to the complaints made. I wonder why these guys are allowed to function with such a lot of problems. I see so many complaints in the net. Request people to refrain from making any transaction in Indiaplaza.

            I ordered a book called "Works by Conn Iggulden: Books by Conn Iggulden, Novels by Conn Iggulden, the Dangerous Book for Boys, the Gates of Rome, Wolf of the Plains" through BSBAZAAR's website.

            Since there was no image provided for the book, nor number of pages stated in the brief description on BSBAZAAR's site, my assumption was that it was a collection of 3 books - especially since it was priced at ORIGINAL Rs. 864 - BSBAZAAR's PRICE Rs. 588 - I PAID Rs. 619 total.

            What I have received is some 32 PAGE BOOKLET of the same name with some references to links on the website and extremely vague content. Publisher - Books LLC and Author LLC. Really, what is that?

            After lodging a complaint on BSBAZAAR's website - this is the response I got -

            "Dear Customer,

            The book is actualy 42 pages long.Pls find the below link for the same."

            .....And that BSBAZAAR will not be able to refund my money.

            Deliberate attempt to misguide and cheat customers.

              I MADE A ORDER ONE MONTH AGO AND ITS NOT DELIVERED YET.
              I OPENED MANY TICKETS WITH SUPPORT AND NO ONE ANSWERS. CALLING THE CALL CENTER IS A WASTE OF MONEY. I TRIED A MILLION TIMES AND NO ONE PICKS UP.

              I FEEL CHEATED. THE WHOLE WEBSITE IS A BOGUS.

              Its True. India plaza have a bad service. I had made a trial order (first time) to check their product quality buy buying a card reader (Rs2 offer price shipping extra), the delivery was on time but the product was defective & it was a used-one-full of scratches. The cover was new but the product was fake. I sent 3 complaints(tickets) but no response. Please don't but any electronic items. But can buy books, my friend did it. But never electronics.-manoj

                I had booked an ipod on 16 October 2010 as a gift for delivery before diwali. I was shocked when I checked with the person (whether the person got the gift on diwali) to know that the ipod has not been delivered.

                Then, I called the helpdesk number where the person for sorry, however, mentioned that because they did not get the ipod from supplier they were not able to ship. Its surprising to know that no one had called me or sent an email for 20 days (from 16 Oct to 5 Nov) to inform me about the delay.

                I have now been told that the ipod would be shipped this week. I raised the compliant on 6 Nov and the compliant ticket # is PH[protected] and the sms mentioned that someone will contact me before 8 Nov - however no one has contacted me till date i.e. 10 Nov.

                I am totally disappointed by the service of indiaplaza. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

                  I placed an order (#18491) on 4th Oct 2010 to send for two watches as gift to my friend in India. I requested the order to be delivered before 26th Oct. The order trail still shows (on the website) the order as pending and status as"will be shipped on 7th Oct".
                  I posted a query on the web site on 29th oct and the auto response on the site was "This query is still open and is expected to close by 01/11/2010". The same message appears on the web site even today. I again posted a query on 5/11/10 but no reply. I even tried to call customer service in US but the contact number given on the website "[protected]" does not respond.
                  I don't know what to do? Can somebody help me to get my money back. I am wondering how these people are given free rein to loot people.
                  I have ordered a phone from India Plaza and product has not been delivered neither they have given the courier details. I have send them the mail thrice and no body is answering that.

                    Sir, I have placed an order of Jaipan Induction Cooker JIC 8005 on Indiaplaza.in (On-line Shopping) by redeeming my citibank credit card rewards point 2249/- (equivalent to Rs.2240/-) on 24.09.10. As per status of Indiaplaza.in my consignment has been shipped on 05.10.10 under order No.IN[protected], Consignment No.is [protected] through Aramex Courier Agency. Till date i.e. 03.11.10, I have not received my consignment despite number of queries made to indiaplaza.in but no response received. I have also contacted Aramex Courier Agency but they told that they have not received my item. I have also talked to Ms.Shreedevi of Indiaplaz.in on phone. She has also have no information of my item and told me that she will give feedback but no response. It is very difficult to get their phone line. Their Phone No. is[protected]. Please help me to take up the matter with indiaplaz.in and arrange to get deliver my consignment.

                      Amount for order Number IN[protected] was debited to my credit card on 29th Sept 2010.
                      However, i have still not received mobile until November 01, 2010.
                      I raised four tickets and every time the delivery date was postponed.
                      Reasons provided were pathetic.
                      1) Common Wealth Games
                      2) Dealer out of reach
                      3)Product not available.
                      Delivery date postponed from 06th Oct 2010 to 13th Oct 2010 to 21st Oct 2010 to 27th Oct 2010 to
                      29th Oct 2010.
                      On 29th Oct 2010 one of customer service executive Renuka informed that the order is cancelled and refund will be issued.No one informs any alternate number so that a senior person can be contacted.
                      No one picks the call and i have wasted good amount of time making STD calls from Mumbai.
                      I would recommend and advise everyone to avoid such malicious sites for ordering goods for our loved ones.
                      I wish no one else to feel the agony and pain i felt for dealing with India Plaza.
                      Can anyone please advise what are my options are to deal in this case.

                        This complaint is regarding the order no. IN[protected], I made on Oct 6 2010. This order contained 4 different items however when it was delivered to me on Oct 14, 2010 it had only 2 items. I paid for all 4 items. I raised a support ticket with their phone support and the ticket no. is PH[protected]. Their support executive promised to revert by Oct 18, 2010 but no one has contacted me so far even though I've been trying to get in touch with them continuously.

                        What can be done in this case?

                        IndiaPlaza.in — about payment and delivery

                        my name is SARAL MUKHERJI, I usually purchased the product from internet but when i make a purchased through INDIAPLAZA.IN, amount of Rs. 1270 and the order number is[protected]. I made a purchased on 08 May, 2008 with commitment that the product will be delivered by seven days. Since then i usually track the each process they told me that the product is delivered through ARAMEX Courier Services BUT when i make a call to Aramex by STD they usually says that we are unable to locate it, and when i make a call to INDIAPLAZA they are not taking any type of steps and i make a call several times through STD. Even though i repeatedly saying kindly cancelled my order but they are not responding and behaving properly. Now my credit card date is nearer and i have to make a payment and the situation is creating a mental harrashment. Kindly check this all i will be highly OBLIGED.

                        India Plaza — Renewal of expired Gift Certificate

                        Hi,

                        I had received a gift certificate of Rs 1, 600 from my colleagues in January 2008. I had misplaced the certificate and only found it this month. When I contacted India Plaza, I was told that the certificate cannot be renewed. India Plaza has not refunded the money to the person who bought the Gift Certificate either.

                        This is unfair as India Plaza is making money for services that they have not provided.

                        India Plaza — Non Delivery of ordered articles

                        As per my Order No. 10749 for on line purchase 3 items viz. Digital Blood Pressure Monitor, Digital Glucose Monitor and 8 GB Pen Drive at a Cost of Rs. 3083/- in the month of March,2010 and the whole cost and shipping chaqrges have been paid by usin my credit card. The last 2 items have been delivered to me but Citizen Digital B P Monitor has not been received by me . After several Complaints called querries I was answered the order has benn cancelled. Further I wrote to Customer Complaints of India Plaza to refund the cost. No action has been taken by I P. Earlier I had been receiving ordered articles in time. This time it appears to be a Cheating by IP. It is unfortunate that my account at IP with Login name Balasubramanian and unchanged Password is inaccessible,

                        I have never expected this type of Hope less service from Indiaplaza. I wish to cancel the order that was placed on 20/Nov/2010 and yet to be despatched. There was no response from Indiaplaza on raising tickets and also through phone. No courtesy. No more orders with Indiaplaza. Bitter experience.

                        India Plaza — goods not yet delivered

                        i bought a watch from the online site called India plaza on 20 of may they said they will deliver the purchase with in 10 days. Today id 17th june still they have not send me the product. They have shown the courier details of my shipment when i went the courier office they said they have not received any booking in this number. Actually they are fooling me when the customer care they give the answer we have already sent the product.

                        Raising tickets with indiaplaza.in is a waste of time. They never care for the opened tickets. I too had bad experience with them. Instead of indiaplaza, we can use flipkart.com for better service.

                        I received a damaged piece. The edges of the speakers are damaged. The remote control has scratches on it.
                        The Right speaker is not working and the AUX IN does not work. The only think which works is FM from the left speaker.

                        I am sending repeated mails and contacting the IndiaPlaza customer care with no response from anyone yet... I have sent a mail to Citibank since I chose this website from CitiBank website.. I am still waiting..

Whenever I inquired with them, I got reply that it will be dispatched soon. Afterwards I had received a reply that the item is not in stock and they are arranging it from alternate sources.                         I ordered 2 set of speakers from India Plaza online. The order was not processed however the money was debited from the account. I reported this issue via online service request system but there has been no response to the ticket so far.                           i had purchase a book title: myth=mithya order no: IN[protected] worth rs.176 dated 9th september,2010,12:31pm.amount has been debited from my credit card same day.
                          a) even after 11days i have not received the book or its dispatch details.
                          b) whenever i try calling the customer care no nobody answers.
                          c) when i log into my account access is denies saying "wrong/invalid password".
                          d)its online complaint forum also doesnot work, as the OTP never reached the mobile.
                          e) there is no other contact or mail i.d to contact the company
                          They seem to be absolute cheats

                            I ordered a 'Sony In Ear Headphones Mdr - e10' vide order no. IN[protected] on 30/Aug/2010. I paid Rs. 490.00 for the gadget and Rs. 69.00 as shipping charges i.e total Rs. 559.00, by net banking. The status of my order shows - Will be shipped by 06/Sep/2010. Till date I have not received my order. I had submitted complaints - ref no. CnT[protected] dated 07/Sep/2010 and CNT[protected] dated 16/Sep/2010. There is no response from customer service. I had tried in vain several times to contact their Customer Support tel no.[protected]. After listening to their recorded voice for 4-5 minutes, the phone gets disconnected. I have also sent SMS to the no. [protected], but no one replies back.
                            I feel this company is cheating the on line customers. Kindly advise what steps need to be taken.

                              Through online shopping, I ordered for a item ( Transcend 500GB HDD ) with indiaplaza. They have delayed their order by more than 10 days without intimation to me. Worst part, I have to follow up with them for 4 days via phone calls to get the status of my order. I am tired of following during my office hours as their customer care service is available only during my office hours.

                              Please help me - I want them to pay for such a irresponsible and non-professinal attitude.

                              Indiaplaza — Delay in Shipment of Item Ordered

                              I had ordered for an Samsung TV Out Cable ATC012 through online shopping in Indiaplaza.in on 13th of Mar 2009 Order Number :[protected] .On ordering I was given a shipment date of 20 Mar 2009. But when I checked the status again on 19th Mar 2009 the status remark in the website said "Unable to get a commitment of shipment from the vendor. We will get back to you with a shipment date by 25 Mar 2009 " But even today the remark remains the same even after sending a complaint to Indiaplaza via mail for which the response given was " am sorry as we were unable to ship the item as per the committed date.
                              I have requested the concerned department to check and update the exact shipping date, we shall check and update you on the same in 2-3 working days.Your complaint Id is 83850. You can refer this Id for your future reference."

                              I request to do the needful and help me in getting my money bacK.

                              This is a very unprofessional company. They never ship the items on promised date. I had placed an order for a refrigerator 20 days back and I am still waiting for the delivery. They come out with all lame excuses about delay. First they said that item is shipped, and promised to give me a tracking number after 2 days. When I called up after 2 days, they said that item is out of stock and will be shipped in another 2 days. BTW item is still available for purchase on their website. Never deal with them.

                                I had bought one Digital camera Nikon L110 from Sifymall / India plaza. I was told that after payment, i will get the camera after 7 - 8 days. But, after so many calls [ 80% calls, they donot pick up ] they sent me the camera, which was defective.
                                Their toll free number never work, and i had to dial STD number of Bangalore from Delhi almost 100 times till date.
                                when i asked them about it, they said they advised me to return the camera, and in turn they will send me a new one or try to rectify the problem [ if minor ] and send me back.

                                This camera was delivered back to them in Bangalore on 16th Aug 2010. Since then, i call them 10 times in a day, but one pick up the phone [[protected] ]
                                I have no idea what they are doing with it and what they will do !

                                This company is a fraud and they are cheaters. I will never buy even a single item from them and i would request all of you that please donot buy from Sify mall.

                                They sell defective items / 2nd category [ means either outdated in model or faulty ]

                                I donot know how i will get the camera ?? or how can i get the refund ? Even after 2 months, i have nothing in my hand except tensions.

                                Sify Mall / India Plaza — Dispatched only one mobile

                                I purchased Samsung mobile through Sify Mall / India Plaza. I paid online for 2 mobiles to be sent to Mumbai. The company dispatched only 1 mobile that too after 10 days. Every time I call them[from UAE i.e. International Call] they say it will take 2 to three days to check now it is 20 days since I placed the order. Company is yet to send the mobile. I have already incurred the cost of Rs. 1000 as I have to call from UAE - Dubai.
                                I fully aggree. This company, is a hoax, cheat, all thugs sitting there. I have a similar issue withe this company.

                                In your case atleast they sent you 1 mobile. in my case they did not send me anything at all. I am also sitting in US. I have been following up my issue over mails since a long time, but the only thing I get from them is false hope and promises.

                                These rougs, only know how to cheat people and make money.

                                My experience. Never deal with these people. never ever buy anything from this site.

                                  It been more than a month & till today i.e. August 20 2010 i have not received the product, nor have I received any update from them. Their helpline no.[protected] is not reachable for a long time.

                                  Even previous deliveries took one month to be honored & this time Indiaplaza seems to have just forgotten their responsibility.

                                  I think it is a mistake that Standard Chartered bank has made by appointing them as rewards redemption partner.

                                    I am shankar from coimbatore.In the last month i placed an order for Samsung ES 25 digital camera(Rs5890) through IndiaPlaza online shopping after knowing about their offer Free Reebok watch+Camera battery+Charger+Pouch+4GB memory card.My order no is IN[protected].After one week I received only the camera which also in seal opened condition.I received a worst pouch in dust formed condition.After that I contacted them through their helpline for more than 50 times for the last one month.But they are not responding to the customers request to fulfil the request.They are telling lot of lies and giving false commitments like that they will give the status by 2 days,4 days etc and its going on.

                                    One thing I wish to say to the all is that these guys who are working in India plaza are seems to be robbers/Fradulents.Any local persons should take steps to close this Fraudulent online shooping co. and to arrest all those lofer fellows who are cheating the customers by sucking their blood.

                                      I had made an order on 26th July 2010 for a BPL studylite vide order no IN[protected] and made payment through credit card. The item was to be delivered on 10th august 2010 gift wrapped. I didnt recieve the item on the said date. I lodged a complaint and got the system reply as it will be settled on 12th august. On 12th August My complaint was still in open position. I have personally mailed them asking for refund and now interest for delay at 8%.

                                        This is with reference to a product 3 in 1 sauna slim belt, that i had bought from www.indiaplaza.in order no IN[protected] on 6/06/2010 it was shipped on 10/06/2010 & was delivered within 4-5 days. The product showed a warranty of 6 months on website, but soon within a period of month it got short circuited, may be due to poor quality material. I had called the customer care, they said they would get back to me soon, no one called up so i registered a complaint on their website ticket no : CNT[protected] on 15/07/2010, they replied my ticket with saying it had only one month warranty. I called up the customer care, even they said so, i asked them to show the proof, they said they have removed the product from website, now its they are trying to backout with giving a reason of one month warranty when the product has been removed from website. This is a fooling business, i asked them if not replaced atleast get me done repair, they said they would get it repaired & get back soon & same was what they told next 3 times on call. today again i had called & spoke to a TL named Mr Gautam he said he can do nothing not repair not replacement & no money back, such a fooling business, They din't even provided me any bill or warranty papers with the product. This is just a fooling business, but i have an account registered on their website, which has all of the details & also SMS sent by their website in reference.
                                        Such websites should be banned as they make fake, fooling & bluffing business who remove the products from website to remove the proofs of warranty period & also who don't provide bills & warranty cards.
