    I have registered a ticket (CNT[protected]) for the order no IN[protected]. I purchased an Nikon Coolpix L110 thru Indiaplaza and received the same from NR Computech (Invoice no RIN1126315).

    I tried to register this product in the website www.nikon.co.in website and typed the serial no : 30411312 as mentioned on the Camera. However its says that it is an invalid serial no.

    I logged a compliant ticket (CNT[protected]) with india plaza on Nov 14, 2011 and till date i do not have a answer for this. I was told that the original Invoice will be sent to me in 2 days and that 2 days on india plaza is still not come. today is Dec 19, 2011. I was told that the courier will be sent and will be reached by Dec 4, 2011 but I have not received then I called up again and was told that am softcopy is being sent and today is Dec 19, 2011 I have still not received.

    Today I called you call center again and understood that the ticket closed.

    Can you explain to me how can you close a ticket when the issue is not resolved and without taking the feedback from the customer.

    AS I CANNOT REGISTER THE CAMERA IS THE NIKON WEBSITE I FEVER THIS IS NOT A GENUINE CAMERA FROM NIKON.

    REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS ELSE WILL HAVE TO BE FORCED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS.

    AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

    NIKON L110 — Not working

    I have placed an order of NIKON L110 to gift360.in on 31st Jan 2011 in 6 EMI's. I recd the product on 9th Feb 2011 without Invoice, Warranty Card. Its not function at all. Since than I am calling / chasing the customer team for my problem. Nobody is providing the solution. I want to sent this product back to Gift360 and want my money back. Kindly advise. How to proceed further. They are just making people fool.

      It is almost two months since my order (just two books) from Indiaplaza not yet delivered. I have called may be 15 times to their call center and ticket is been created. But, no body cares. Every time they say in two days they will solve the issue. But, no body calls. Now they say my ticket itself is invalid. So, I have created new ticket. My old ticket no is IN[protected] and new ticket no is CNT[protected].

      Each call their call center is a hell. No body knows what is the issue and I need to explain them again and again. Once, they connected to the manager, he promised me 2 days. But, nothing happens.

      No manager is accessible to talk, the agents don't know what they have to do.

      I am fed-up with these people.

      Can some body let me know how to solve this issue and get my books or my money back?

      I will never buy any thing from this site Indiaplaza again

        I had ordered 2 digital thermometer. After delivery when we opened packet there was only 1 nside. I had made complaint with them on via No. PH[protected] on 9-Dec, After several reminder calls all teh ysay is they will follow up but nothing has happened till date. All they have is a Bangalore number and you hav to make a STD call each time. Please beware of shopping at this site.

          Sir,
          I had purchased 3 Nos. High Grade Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask 0.5 L on 29.10.2011 from INDIAPLAZA vide Order No. : IN[protected] and received the item on 12.11.2011. Upon checking the flasks I found that the flasks are having the following defects and returned the items on 18/11/2011:
          1. The capacity of the flask is only 125ml instead of 0.5L as mentioned in the item specification.
          2. In one flask the water is getting inside the flask walls and cannot be taken out.
          3. The producer assures that this flask keeps liquid hot / cold for 15 hours. This is factually wrong and it is not keeping the liquid hot / cold for even 30 minutes.

          On the same day itself I have booked my complaint in their website vide ticket No. CNT[protected] and send so many reminders via phone calls, emails and through their website but in spite of some assurances like amount will be refunded in 4 / 5 days I have not yet received the payment back.

          I request your goodself to direct Indiaplaza to refund me the amount of Rs.489/- (3 flasks value @ Rs.128 + 2 times courier charges i.e. 75 for returning & Rs.30 against cheque sent to you) immediately. An immediate action is highly appreciated.

            Hello,

            While i was purchasing a cake online from a website: http://www.indiaplaza.com. i encountered a problem that the listed price of the cake BUTTER SCOTCH 1kg CAKE was Rs. 899 but when i selected the same cake for booking then it showed me the price as Rs. 1059.
            I inquired about the same problem with the customer care then they told me that they dont know about this problem and they asked me to change the product selected.
            But when i changed the product to VANILLA CAKE costing Rs. 799, after booking it showed me Rs. 899.

            Kindly take a strict action against this website. As they are in a act of forgery i.e. charging Rs. 100 to 300 more without any reason as compaired to the listed price.

            I have placed an order No. IN[protected] For Karbonn K1818 Twister on 24/10/2011 (they promise in 3 days Delivery), but still not get product.
            I already paid through my PayMate (Mobile Payment) Transaction No.[protected].
            Their Customer care agent Mr. Rohit said me on call They deliver the product on 5th Nov. 2011. On 8th Nov. 2011 for know my status he said they send product on Tomorrow i.e. on 9th Nov. 2011. But Still today they are updating the status on their site. I also raised various tickets but their agent Ms. Sangam and Mr. Gautham replied me that :
            "WE will keep you updated on the shipment details in the ticket id CNT[protected] within 3 days." and
            "The issue will be followed through the ticket number :CNT[protected]"
            What it means they don't have any status of my order.
            Please Lodge my complaint and help me to get my product as early as possible.

              Hi All,

              I have been regularly shopping on indiaplaza however my last shopping
              experience was horrible. My Order #IN[protected] had 6 products and all
              of these products gave me sleepless nights , either in the delivery
              delays or the fault in the product or missing parts.

              In this ORDEAL I have got NO information on the shipping and no proper
              inputs on the delays or the rectification of the problems,

              This not only destroyed my total trust so far on India plaza. but also
              made me to believe on other customer stories where they had been very
              much dissatisfied with the India plaza

              For this particular order #IN[protected] I have got faulty product which
              after complaint to the India Plaza

              FOLLOWING COMPLAINT TICKET NO : CNT[protected] RAISED
              based on which I have shipped the faulty product to the Indiaplaza office via courier
              and the courier charges were promised to be re funded by India Plaza
              TICKET NO: CNT[protected]

              As per courier company the product was delivered to Indiaplaza office on
              14 November. However since that time it is already one month and Indiaplaza
              customer care has not been able to help me with my refund which was
              promised to me.

              I am looking for a quick action and resolution on the following:

              1) Refund of charges for product, which was faulty and I have shipped it back to Indiaplaza
              2) Refund of Courier Charges for the product.

              On this particular subject I have written numerous emails to the customer
              care and also to higher officials :

                I have ordered Nova roti maker from Indiaplaza.in on 20the Nov 2011. I have done payment therough my debit card of 1148 Rs. They people updated thee status as shipped on 21st nov. and shipment no. [protected] but no courier company info. when i called theey told me theat company is aramex. I called aramex on 23rd no. They told me theat theis shipment no. is false. Now when i call Indiaplaza.in customer-care theey have no answer theey always say sir soon we are updating thee right shipment no.
                But VERY PPOR SERVICE and BAD CUSTOMER HANDLING. They people even don't know how to handle customer.

                  Here with I am submitting complaint about indiaplaza.com service process. I have booked an order on 1st November as Order No.: IN[protected]. After waiting of 17 days and talked many times to the customer care but the order not shipped till 17 November so why I cancelled that order against Ticket Number: CNT[protected] on 17th November. But here is also a very lazy and slow process of your service. Until I never received any cancellation confirmation from indiaplaza. But today after a complete 1 month i received a mail from indiaplaza that is :-

                    I ordered Sony Ericsson mobile phone Xperia neo-V with indiaplaza.in vide order number IN[protected]. The order was placed after confirming stock with Mr Kumar Velu telephonically on 18th November ( Friday ) & paid online through ICICI bank credit card. On 19th November, ICICI bank authorised their account for this amount at 11:18:06 AM.
                    Their shipment time is 2 ~ 4 days but yet I have not received the product. My repeated calls & Ms Shashikala ( team leader ) confirmed by email that the product was shipped through First Flight courier # F11257257. When I contacted First Flight courier, I was shocked to hear that such docket number does not exist.
                    They are lying to me continuously. Now I am worried about the money they have already debited to my account.
                    Please help !

                          Hello,
                          i placed an order of SONY ERICSSON ARC mobile phone worth Rs.21119 (order no.IN[protected]).When i received the order the box was open(seal open/broken) and HDMI cable was not there inside the box.i raised a ticket against it(Tckt no.CNT[protected]).ones they replied
                          "As the product is under '6 Month Seller Warranty' the seal is opened to check in for the contents.The HDMI cable doesn't come with '6 Month Seller Warranty' product."

                          After one day i received a message from their side that they have shipped the remaining item on 04/10/2011 with (reference no [protected]) ,but still i have not received it,now their customer care said "sir,we don't know about any message,who sent you this message".

                          Secondly,i raised another ticket regarding the replacement of the product because the seal was opened (Tckt no CNT[protected]).they told they will reply regarding this on 12/10/11.but nobody calls.And when i call they say "sir,i will arrange the call for you,(customer care name Rohit Rao,Divya ) but no responce

                          I want my product to be replaced,because the seal was opened,so what's the guarantee that product is brand new and not the used one,they have not mentioned anywhere in their site that
                          1)HDMI will not come.
                          2)Seal will be opened because customer opt for seller's warranty.
                          3)The product will not be replaced.

                          Please help me regarding the issue.

                            I had ordered the following pre order book "Thinking, Fast and Slow" on 14th Nov 2011. Which was supposed to be shipped by end of Nov. The book was available in flipkart.com by end of Nov.

                            I didn't receive any book by mid Dec 2011, when I called the service center for cancellation they gave me following cancellation no and assured the refund would be done by 2 working days (PH[protected] - Ticket no)

                            I haven't received any amount till 30th Dec 2011 and on further calling them up, the service center informed me that I haven't cancelled it and they gave me a new ticket no PH[protected]. Assuring me that I would receive and SMS informing the same within 5 mins, which I haven't received yet.

                            It is not about the amount but the fact that retail consumer websites like indiaplaza.com are taking the customers for a ride.
                            I am just wondering how many other customers have suffered at their hands.

                                I had ordered a set of books costing Rs. 9930 on 14th Sep 2011 on India Plaza. My order number is IN[protected].
                                The status of my order in the site is ready to ship since 16th Sep 2011.
                                Today is 28th October 2011. I have not received the shipment till date.
                                I have constantly called up their customer service for the past 40days, and every time I get a reply stating that the shipment would be made in 2 days. I escalated the call to one Mr. Jithender Rao, who promised me an immediate shipment or full refund. This was as of last week. He also provided me his email ID jithender.[protected]@indiaplaza.in. I sent many reminders and kept calling their call-center, but Mr. Jithender Rao never came on call again, nor did he bother to reply to any of my e-mails.
                                AS of yesterday, IndiaPlaza promised me a complete refund which should have been processed by yesterday evening and I was to be intimated about the same. That did not happen. Today they customer-service tells me that the books have been shipped via blue-dart and I should get it in 2 days.
                                Basically India Plaza has been fooling around with my money and ensuring I neither get the shipment, nor do I get the money back. I have been losing interested on the large amount of goods purchased. I have waited enough for close to 40 days and I have totally lost my patience and my mind. I am planning to dispute the transaction on my credit-card and also take legal action against IndiaPlaza.
                                Kindly help me in taking the legal route against IndiaPlaza.

                                INDIA PLAZA — neither deliver the order not refund the amount of advance

                                I have booked an order for buying Swiss knife from India plaza in the 1st week of january2009.my order no was[protected], I have given Rs 3385 as 100%advance paonyment for item through SBI cheque no 225227 which was encashed by them on 29th january, 2009. The cheque was in favour of mercado online Pvt ltd, 1st floor, 673, 10th Main, 7th croo HAL 2nd stage, Indira nagar Bangalore 560008.according to the advice of India plaza.But Unfortunately Neither the item delivered to me nor the money returned to me.
                                The amount of the order was Rs. 9973 and not Rs 9930 as mentioned

                                    I had ordred a earphones from the indiaplaza site.
                                    Initially they delivered a fake product and also it dint have the accessories mentioned.
                                    So the product was shipped back to them and I asked for a replacement.
                                    Its been nearly one month and half months now and I still have not recieved the replacement.
                                    Since it was taking to long for the replacement I asked for a refund.
                                    That also has not been provided. Each time i call they tell some excuse or the other.
                                    I have ordered for a microwave oven on 7th/10/2012 from the indiaplaza site.
                                    It has been nearly one month and i still not recieved my product.
                                    Whenever i call them each time they replied OUT OF ORDER.
                                    Indiaplaza is the worst company i have ever seen in my life...
                                    this is my humble request to all that, don't ever order anything from Indiaplaza
                                    they only cash the money but never send the order...

                                      Indiaplaza website had a deal that if you buy Transcend 4GB Pen Drive you get Free 8GB Pen Drive. I had bought the product Sep 26th but they never delivered the product. I have been following up and every time they assure they will ship it the same day and I have still not received it. It is a long wait to get the customer support and you ultimately dont get a resolution. Am now begging them to atleast give my money back. Can anyone help on this regard. Also a caution DONT BUY ITEMS FROM INDIAPLAZA EVER.

                                        my order no is IN[protected] i had received an incorrect item against my order on indiaplaza.in when i had contacted them several times then they had told me to return the item and they will refund me the item cost and the courier charges i had got the courier charges but am still to receive the refund for the order. this matter is going on since march 2011 inspite of my several request and calls to them they r adamant to respond to my requests and is stubborn pls resolve my issue at the earliest i had posted the same thing on their facebook customer service site and their official facebook page but they had deleted them this is so arrogant i hope through this forum i am sure to get a proper resolution to my problem they are causing me a lot of harassment and a wastage of my time and money when i try to submit the compalint on their website it doesn't work maximum time
                                        THEY ARE SO ARROGANT AND DO NOT COMPLY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
                                        IndiaPlaza is a Fraud company. Same thing happened to me. I ordered a product. They sent me a defective product. After that it has been tons of calls but those thick skinned people are just not refunding the money or sending a replacement product. There should be a court case against this company and it should be closed ASAP to avoid more people getting into its trap.
