i had ordered CAR ELECTRIC TYRE PUMP WITH TUBELESS TYRE PUNCTURE kit from indiaplaza online on 27/09/2011 on same day evening they updated status as you will receve the product on 02/10/2011...but now i have ask them daily no rweply given from their side they said product is not available.. when i was ordered at that time shown in stock..now today 10/10/2011 thery are not giving me proper answer on phone and not reply of my mail since 05/10/2011

so plase help and i cant stop this kind of cheating

    I placed order (no. IN[protected]) for pen drives (quantity-2: 4GB & 8GB) from India Plaza on 16th Sep 11. I received courier on 23rd Sep 11 with only one pen drive which is 4 GB pendrive. I didn't get the 8 GB pen drive. Then I raised a complaint so many time in India Plaza customer care and not any response from them, I am regularly querying them but no response.

    Kindly help and take action as there are lots of complaints registered by visiters’ against India Plaza.

    Hello,

    I am regularly querying the customer care regarding my order, but i didn't get a correct response.
    Whenever I am calling, they are telling that within 24 hours will send the pen drive.
    But I don't know how many one days they will take.

    Hi,

    I have had a very bad experience at this particular online website. What they do is they hold your money back, you have to request them time and again either by telephone or through their TICKET. Fortunately, I got my money back after 11 days (thanks to a particular agent named Triveni), which cost me many miserable days and lots of phone calls, which from my experience, one has to wait for around 15 minutes before getting hold of the customer executive. Besides, proper websites like amazon, flipkart and infibeam never show cheap and false testimonials on their website. For my case, the order was not even confirmed and my money was charged. Thanks to Bank Of Baroda, their server was down after 12 midnight and I had used that card twice. Then I used my SBI card, which they could take the money from. I AM AMAZED WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ADDRESS GIVEN IN THEIR WEBSITE, ALL OTHER ABOVE MENTIONED ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITES HAVE. One thing is that holding so much customer money for even 10 days earns them a lot of bank interest, which, unfortunately we lose. I have decided to launch a website, which will come once you google search indiaplaza showing what a horrible website they are. They are just feasting on innocent people's money. They lack the efficiency of either flipkart (they once had sent me a damaged book, on telling them, they immediately replaced the book and requested me to send the old one by courier and they even refunded me the courier money), infibeam and amazon. I don't know, if they have any conscience. If they have, they should immediately stop this fraudulent business and get along.

    As an Indian Citizen, I request all of you NEVER BE LURED BY WHAT THIS WEBSITE OFFERS, THEY REALLY HAVE NOTHING IN STOCK. "PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE".

      Indiaplaza — After delivery Some items in my order are missing

      I placed order (no. IN[protected]) for pen drives (quantity-2) from India Plaza. I received courier on 5-May-2011 11:10 AM. When I opened it I got shocked seeing only one pen drive. Then I raised a complaint (ticked id- CNT[protected]) in India Plaza customer care and got SMS saying your ticket will be closed by 7-May, I am regularly querying them but no response and ticket is still open. On 12-May I again opened new ticket hoping I may get response on new ticket (CNT[protected]).

      Please help and take action as there are lots of complaints registered by victims’ against India Plaza.

      Either India Plaza refund cost of one pen drive along with inconvenience charges or send another missing order ASAP.

        i had palce a order Bajaj Air Cooler PC 2000 DLX us on May 04, 2009
        same time i had paid Rs.3990 + Rs. 350.00 of shipping charge,
        now today is 14th, days, i have been sending inquiery to india plaza customer care, they repliying
        that, days will send your order, but even today after 4th, day i hvnt recievd my order, now i think i have lost my mouney, i have been chited by this INDIA PLAZA ONLINE SHOPING.

        I had placed an two order on INDIAPLAZA on 28th. Oct.2010 for the gifts to be delivered on or before diwali (5th Nov.)as per their scheme.

        The gifts never got delivered on or before 5th Nov, Inspite of my raising complaints on their website there is no response & finally when I got someone over phone she ( Sridevi) commited they will resolve this issue within 2-3 days but of no use.

        As per their scheme if the shipment was not delivered within 5th of Nov. than they will deliver the shipment free of cost & also refund our money but now their customer care is not aware of this scheme...THIS IS BREACH OF TRUST.

        Today is 13th Nov.

        No one answers their customer care phone even in the normal working hours.

        Hope someone at INDIAPLAZA will wakeup & try to resolve this qwery.

          I placed an order with Indiaplaza.com for "Vapur Anti Bottle Fully Flexible Water Bottle" order number is IN[protected] . Here is the link of the product they have shown on their site http://www.indiaplaza.com/vapur-anti-botttle-fully-flexible-water-bottel-applian... . The product description clearly says that This product is of the VAPUR company. Order was placed on 20 Sept. Received the order today 24 September and was amazed how easy indiaplaza thinks it is easy to fool the customers. They sent me a cheap plastic imitation bottle that was made in China. Indiaplaza clearly sells fake Chinese products.

            I have ordered a sleeping eye mask on IndiaPlaza.com and received it on 15/09/2011 and realised that
            1. product was not at all comfortable
            2. product is not worth Rs. 199
            3. a cartoon was printed on that as if it was meant for a child, it looks ridicules.The product which they show on the website is a decent black one.

            So I called their customer care and asked them how to get refund. According to the website,a person can return a product within 7 days if he/she is not satisfied with that. The agent on customer care told me to send it to the company address so I couriered the product, but still waiting for the response. I tried their customer care number for more than 40 times and waited on the phone for 20 minutes at a time but never got a connection to any agent. I have already wasted Rs. 40 on calling that number only. They have such a poor customer care service. Then i mailed [protected]@Indiaplaza.in as well as lodged the complaint on the website but all in vain. Even after receiving the product they have not replied to me.
            I want my money (Rs.199) back into my account immediately. And please don't ask me to call at your customer care number because nobody picks the call.

              I have placed an order with Indiaplaza on Aug 23, 2011. order # IN[protected]. When I did not receive my product after a week I checked status of the product and it was showing delivered. I called them immediately to confirm and I was told that it has been delivered. I said I did not receive anything so far and they said okay we will get POD (proof of delivery) of this product. Now it has been 2 weeks and I am not getting any outcome from them. Please help me with this.

                Dear sir,

                I have ordered for 2 books from Indiaplaza through online shopping and made my payment through online banking on 22nd Aug.2011. But, till date we have not received the book neither refund.The details of the order is given below mentined:-

                1.Collins Thesaurus English Language 1 862 Authorized
                2.Ultimate Phrasal Verb Book 1 455 Authorized

                But, still I have not got the books.In the website, the company is claiming that they are delivering the books in 3 business days, but unfortunately their claim is preponderous and absurd. Till date, I have not got book. I am getting their line after waiting for 35-40 minutes. I have called their customer care 4 times and spent about Rs.100/- on the call and wasting 3 hours.really poor service.
                Plz help me getting the refund from them.

                IndiaPlaza.in — non-delivery of book

                Another one I guess in the multitude of complaints against Indiaplaza. I ordered a book -the sound and the fury by William Faulkner.
                Shipment was promised on the 18th of May, and after waiting I called the customer service without any success. Finally I managed to trace a number to Gautham R. and he promised a refund to me on the 24th. It is still not reflecting in my account.

                Would urge people to shop online only after a thorough checking of how the customer service department works.

                INDIA PLAZA — Non Delivery of Books

                Complaint against Indiaplaza.in. I had placed an Order for 4 Books from their site on 20th May 2011, order no. IN[protected] for Rs.962. One of the Book amounting Rs 282.00 was dispatched on 23th May 2011 & delivered & Two books amounting Rs 480.00 was canceled by the India Plaza as the same was not available with them at time delivery & after that they refunded only Rs 386.00 & Rs 93 was still pending & further One Book Showing the status will be shipped by 23th April was neither dispatched nor the amount refunded for the same
                I have already logged 2 web tickets on their site which have gone beyond their due date for
                response and no one has addressed my query. I have confirmation of receipts of these tickets
                on my cell phone, I also tried calling them on the customer care number mentioned on the site[protected]. It kept on saying all our agents are busy, I waited for a while and I tried again and waited for over 15 minutes
                (mind you it was an STD call for me) but the IVR kept on saying that all their agents are
                busy and asked me to send an SMS for call back at their number [protected], I did that to no
                avail. This kind of treatment is really disgusting,.

                    I purchased a mobile phone(Samsung Galaxy S2) through www.indiaplaza.com and they sent me a defective handset whose speakers are not working. I contacted them and asked for a replacement but now they do not seem interested. They are making excuses and taking unnecessary time saying that a guy will call me and tell me the next steps to be taken. They are not even following their own mentioned timeline for service.

                    This is appaling as i have shed 28000 rupees for this mobile phone. It is they are not responsible for their own product and customer service since they have got the money now.

                    Extremely 3rd class and bogus company and should be banned for selling products.

                    I want them to immediately replace my mobile phone including pick-up and delivery as it was free and it is not my problem. I also want them to compensate for the loss of warranty days on the phone and the interest on the 28000 rupees that i paid for this phone.

                    Indiaplaza — Bitter Experience

                    i ordered books from indiaplaza.

                    For a week the status of the shipment was ready to ship i thought the meaning of ready to ship was they have the product all they have to do is ship it.

                    But after 5 days of the order in ready to ship they cancel the order without any intimation.

                    When i called indiaplaza customer service they say they cancelled the order due to the unavailability of the book.

                    I dont understand how the book can turn up in the search if it is not available with the vendors.

                    Fine the book is not available so they cancelled the order. The Major problem is they dont take enough efforts to refund the money.

                    They take more then a month to refund the money.

                    Online shopping has turned into a bitter experience cos of INDIAPLAZA.
                    I have ordered fujifilm fine pix S 5800 by paying full amount 7899/- on 09/08/2008. I have been told 15 working days. today its 10/9/2008. I have not recieved my camera for which I paid like a bloody fool thinking they will deliver. previously I ordered twice for perfumes and got it within 3 days I was impressed. Before you book anything more than thousand bugs be carefull !!. promptly they keep sending mails for delay. I don't understand once the product is not available why the hell on earth they display & take money? I am not going to leave my money as I stay in bangalore near to their office I will catch them.

                    Indiaplaza — Poor Response

                    Bought an IMATE PDAL from Indiaplaza,
                    Initially for 3 days my IMATE PDAL was working fine.
                    Just then my battery started to misbehave wherein I had requested for
                    replacement of battery.After which its touchscreen was not working, finally
                    it was not getting switched on at all.I tried reaching the customer Care, but I didnt get proper response from them.This is turning out to be a very bad experience.Online shopping has turned into a bitter experience because of INDIAPLAZA.

                      I had placed an order with Indiaplaza.in for a Kindle reader vide order no. IN20061104​39 and made payment for the same through my credit card on 20.06.2011. I was advised at that time that the product will be delivered to me within 10 days. However the product has not been delivered to me till today, 16.07.2011. I have repeatedly contacted them and the only reply I get is that they are looking into the matter. Though I requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount to me, they are refusing to do the same. They are neither refunding my money nor are they delivering the product. Their customer care center being in Bangalore, I have to make an STD call every time and thus am incurring substantial amounts as call charges. They do not reply to any complaints that I lodge through their website. Please assist me to recover my money together with interest and damages for wilful delay in refunding my money and consequent mental agony caused to me.

                      Indiaplaza — non delivery of purchased product

                      On 18th Aug 2010 through, thinkdigit website , I placed an order for purchase of a digital camera Fuji AV100. Payment through my credit card was successfully processed authenticated by my credit card
                      company and made to indiaplaza . This was followed by order confirmation . Order no isTD[protected]. However the camera is not yet delivered to me even after 23 days. Tickets placed on their site are simply closed without resolution of complaint. You are requested to please look in to this and arrange immediate delivery or refund of money.

                        I ordered a mobile phone from them on 19th (Order# IN[protected]). Checked online on 22nd - the status was ready to ship and the order will ship by 4 Jul 2011. Called their customer service and asked to cancel the order. She checked and confirmed the status that it was not shipped and told me that she will ca,, me back to confirm by evening. When she did not call - I called again and spoke to another agent - He also checked and confirmed that the item was not shipped. He said he will revert in 10 mnts. The first agent reverted to my surprise and told that she has raised a ticket for cancelling my order and that the order will be cancelled by next day. I also raised a ticket to cancel it in the meantime at 6:27 PM on 22nd Jun 2011.

                        To my surprise in next 1 hr I received an SMS that my order has been shipped. I checked the online status and it said the order was shipped on 21st Jun. So funny that to avoid me cancel my order they changed the status to shipped.

                        Tried calling them but they take calls only till 6 PM. I have also wirtten to their COO and have not received a reply yet. I lost a deal worth Rs. 3000 due to them not cancelling my order. I am still following up with them. I hope their COO responds to my mail today.
                        Update from today - I have wirtten to their COO and have not received a reply yet. I also got a cencellation ticket opened by thier customer service agent at 6:15 PM on 22nd Jun.

                          I placed an order, a book, with IndiaPlaza with order number:-IN[protected]. The book wasn't available with them so it took them 11 days to say that the book is not available to them. Then on 31st May 2011 I asked them to cancel the order, so they cancelled the same and informed me that they have initiated the money refund process and that I'll receive the same within 5-6 days. 12 days has passed since then and there is no sign of money refunds. And their only means of contacts, there tickets, they also have started neglecting them and there is no reply of them since 5-6 days. Please help me getting my money back or atleast help me what should I do.
                          I am also facing same issue.This is a bogus company.Nor they reply to emails nor we get positive response on phone.They just hang up when they have no explanation to give.Dont buy in this site just because it gives better discount than reputed sites like Flipkart.

                            I had ordered Aplhonso mangoes online at Indiaplaza.com vide my order no. IN[protected] dt. 22.05.2011.

                            On further Query it was communicated that the same has been dispatched on 24.05.11.

                            When order was not received till 30.05.11 I requested for cancellation of order but no reply was received.

                            On 31.05.11 evening the order was delevered 9 1 box of Alphonso mangoes).
                            On opening more than 75% mangoes were found rotten.

                            I asked for refund vide my communication no. CNT[protected] Dt. 31.05.11 itself & even talked to their representative on phone twice but no proper responce/ refund is forthcoming from the company.

                              I have been a customer of Indiaplaza for 7-8 years now (actually, from the days it was called Fabmall). I mainly shop for books. I used to be a happy customer, until 2 years back.

                              Last 2 years, their services have been going through a steady deterioration, and now I have to say that Indiaplaza is an absolutely pathetic online shop. I have decided to discontinue shopping from this place. The main problems I see are:

                              - Their inventory database seems like totally out of date. You see a lot of books listed in the website saying "will ship in 3 days" etc, giving attractive discounts, and will buy some of them. But the book will not reach you within 3 weeks also, and there will be no update sent to you regarding this. If you look at your order status in their website, it will still show "Ready to Ship" or "Will ship on x/y/z" for a date which might have passed long time back. They will just block your money, and after many weeks, they will say they are unable to procur the book and refund the amount.

                              - They may send you incorrect items. For example, if you bought a highly priced hardbound version of the book, they will probably send you the low cost paperback edition. If you look your order history in the website, you will just see the name of the book, and there wont be any links to the product in their database. So, you will not have any proof regarding the actual purchase you made, and will be unable to dispute.

                              - You can try to contact the customer service regarding the above issues, and can register a "ticket" online. They will say that the issue will be resolved/responded by x/y/z date. But you will not here from them by this date or even after many days or weeks. The ticket status would continue to show as "will be responded by x/y/z date".

                              I completely agree with you. I too have been a victim like you.

                              I had ordered through Indiaplaza three weeks back and had paid for the order. I am yet to receive my order. As per their order details, the said product would be delivered in three days. After waiting for about a week, we placed a query in their 'customer support' box but there was no reply at all. We posted a re-query but to no avail. We even phoned them on their number but the lady on the phone kept saying 'we will look into this' or 'we will ship by a certain date' but the order obviously hasn't been shipped. We called three times, and each time the lady gave different excuses. This has been too much. After seeing the number of complaints about Indiaplaza on this site, I think it is not only me who they have breached.

                              We would be taking this matter to consumer forum. I appeal all of you to do the same.
                              I have been Indiaplaza's Book Club Member since January, 2007 and due to their attractive offers, have referred them to many of my friends. Now, for last few months I feel that their service quality has deteriorarted to a great extent. I have same complaints as above multiple times and having same problem with one of my recent order# IN[protected]. Their service desk is pathetic, very difficult to get their line and they are totally non-comittal. Today being frustrated after trying to get their line for last few days, I wanted to book a ticket. The page does not get submitted, every time asking for a new code. I feel helpless. Whether they deliver or not, this was my last purchase with them. Cautioning everyone to stay away from this online site.

                                Purchase Date: 26th February 2011.

                                Payment through ICICI Netbanking.

                                After repeated calls to indiaplaza.in +[protected] regarding the shipment of the product, they are not able to give proper answer.

                                The following different comments are given every time i tried to reach them:

                                1) The product is ready to ship, but we will ship on the particular date.
                                Comments: They like to keep customers waiting. Its their time pass. And they love it.

                                2) The Vendor has some problems.
                                Comments: I Dont know what they are talking about.

                                3) The Product somehow got short and they dont have the product to ship.
                                Comments: They were lieing before. Or lieing now.

                                4) Give me time till evening and i will make sure the product will be shipped in 2 working days.
                                Comments: They have no reason for the delay of shipment. Thats why giving any reason.

                                5) We will surely ship the product by evening,
                                Comments: sharp 5.30 they no more answer on call centre no.

                                I think that Indiaplaza.in is a FRAUD Company.

                                I want either the product soon or refund of Rs. 25990/- from the company.

                                Not in the way of Gift Vouchers as i do not wish to purchase from this website as it is a complete waste of money and time.

                                  I just want to share the horrible service from Indiaplaza online shopping experience.

                                  On Dec 22 I orderded a nokia buletooth, which was to be deliverd with in a week, even after 2 weeks it was not deliverd, I had to rise a ticket for the same, for that they repiled saying that will send it in days.

                                  after 10 days also I had not got any response or the product, I raised one more ticket on 19 Jan, this ticket was not at all responded by the Indiaplaza eventhough we get a message that it will be responded with in 24 Hrs, I raised one more ticket on 2nd Feb even for that I did not get reponse. Then finaly I called the them on phone on 10th Feb on which they said that it will be deliverd on Feb 21, Later I got a call from them saying that the model I requested for is not available they would send a model higher than I ordered and the price diff I need not pay. when I looked at there website I found that the higher model which they mentioned the price of it is actualy less then what I had paid. They lied about the price to me.
                                  I raised a query about it on the ticket I had raised, for this also I did not get any respone or did they deliver the product. Finaly I had to call on 17th Feb and asked help desk people to transfer the call to a manger so that my complaint get addressed properly. they woud't. I finaly canclled my order.

                                  Please avoid indiaplaza.

                                  Indiaplaza — most horrible service

                                  i am super pissed about my experience with indiaplaza. i ordered rakhi and other gifts to be delivered before rakshabandhan. they guaranteed on the phone that the gifts will be delivered prior to the big day. this was my first experience with them but i read on the internet that they have been doing business for a while so i tried.

                                  inspite of calling so many times prior to the day, i was assured until the end that my gifts will be delivered. to my total surprise, they failed and did not even have the courtesy to apologize. it was the most horrible experience and i talked to some of my friends who also said that their experience with the company has been very poor.

                                  i do not recommend buying from them at ALL. finally, they gave me refund for the order not processed after ten more calls but the trauma was immense.

                                    I booked a lumia 510 through indiaplaza on 27th dec and the portal said it would deliver in 4 working days, its been 12 days now and have stil
                                    not recieved my booked product. I paid the money upfront and whenever i call their office i only get false assurance that it will be despatched
                                    or it has been despatched etc, i have written to the ceo Mr.vaitheeswarn who claims to be the father of online business and yet delivers
                                    such shoddy style of business. I would like to know as to how to take this case forward, i request other memeber who have been cheated
                                    like this to get together and teach the father a lesson.
                                    I have ordered a book from indiaplaza.com and made an online payment on 25th June 2013 and haven't received the order till date. I have raised a complaint on their site and tried to call them a couple of times but haven't received any response from them.
                                    I have place an order for a book and the order number being I[protected] on 25th June 2013 and have not received the same till date. Their is no response from the customer service team even though have raised complained a couple of times.

                                      I have ordered two items (Jaipan Grill Toaster and Kids Laptop) on India Plaza online site, vide order No. IN[protected] on November 29, 2010. The items are supposed to be delivered by December 06, 2010. I have paid the amounts using my Citi Bank Credit Card. I have received only Kids Laptop with in 4 days of my order, which was a faulty one. I informed them that the Kids Laptop received was a faulty one, and as per their instructions, I had returned the same to them by courier, with in 2 days of the receipt.

                                      I have not heard any thing since then, and I am keep on raising tickets (as this great site do not have a customer care e-mail ID or a Toll free number) and they are saying some thing or other. One day I called their Bangalore office and the lady who spoke to me was very rude and shouting at me, instead of solving the problem. At last they replied to my ticket that my refund amount for the faulty Kids Laptop is under process and was delayed due to technical problems. And they will ship the other item (Toaster) with in the next 10 days, as it was not available in stock (this was the reply to my ticket in December).

                                      But till today, I have not received the refund amount as well as the Toaster. When I logged in to my account in India Plaza site and checked the status, it is still showing as "will be shipped by 06 December 2010". Also they are not responding to my tickets.

                                      I request the concerned authorities to look into the issue, and also request the people to be cautious before buying any thing in India Plaza online site. They are even not bothering to explain to the customer, and in turn they are shouting at the customer.

                                      BEWARE OF INDIA PLAZA.
