IndiGo Airline — Didn't reschedule flight at 13:00 pm on 14th July 2026 from Delhi to Goa

Hi..We booked a return flight from Delhi to Goa on 14th July 2026 ( original booking 6E 2271 at 18:50 and arrival at 21:20 in Goa) done booking via Ixigo on 20th May 2026. Within 2 days time after booking received information saying due to operational reasons our flight has been canceled and I may choose alternate flight via plan B or can get full refund. On 22nd May late night around 22:30 pm I try click plan B option but nothing appeared. Suddenly it prompted session time out. It happened couple of times. Thougtht to try out next day as it was very late. And to my surprise I received information saying my flight was rescheduled at 13:00 pm from Delhi via Mumbai to Goa which is connecting flight ( 6E 324. A321/ 6E 5177.A320). I would not mind if I could catch that flight. As my original flight I booked at 18:50 pm on 14th July 2026. How on the earth someone else can rescheduled my flight without my knowledge or consent when our medical emergency oppointment over around 15:00 pm. I raised my concern to Ixigo team and Indigo customer care service but till today unable to get the solution. They keep on telling me that I choose plan B to reschedule flight. But my true answer to them to find out who when which location and device the flight rescheduled has been clicked. I 100% sure that I didn't see any details or options for rescheduling flight. My humble request to Indigo management to figure out through their IT team or technical team who and how someone else use the option to rescheduled the flight at 13:00 pm. And lastly to re schedule a flight from Delhi to Goa on 14th July 2026 anytime after 16:00 pm till midnight is no issue. Even connecting flight should not be a issue.
