Regarding the mishandled and damaged state
Of my checkin baggage. I usually have a good timely service through indigo, Hence i choose your flight over others. However, the Status of my damaged baggage is worrisome. I do not Wish my flight experience to be marred by the way the Staff loads or unloads checkin baggage. Indigo's customer feedback also nowhere offers customers to give detailed, Review to their entire flight experience from departure to arrival. Besides the ground staff had the audacity to decline my complain request
After landing at the banglore airport on 7th at 1.02 am oct 2022
From flight 6e 996 (Pnr:GLLNQC ), from Ahmedabad
I found my baggage was mishandled and dirty with water and clay market .
Black marks all over the suitcase. It was unable to stay erect on its bottom pvc stand . As a customer i expect my belongings to be well taken care of by the Flight much the same way that you worry about inflight and checkin attendants Pleasantness. To me its equally or more important that you treat my luggage well.This type of luggage handling is terrible especially when the customer Has fragile objects stored in it.
It’s been an absolute disappointment and shame flying with you folks besides if this is called a hassle-free flight experience than I would never wish to fly with you people again . Request to reach me out for more details on departure and arrival and I really hope you look into this issue on priority !
