Indigo Airlines — Boarding denied

Hello sir.
My son booked flight on 26/11/2022
From manglore to Mumbai on hisnstudent I'd of Indian naval academy ezhimala.
He is student over there.
But his Id got rejected and he told that he is a defence person, which he is not as he has not joined service till. He is a student. He is been told to pay 5500 more suddenly. Very bad behaviour at counter by one of the staff.
If the defence College id is not acceptable then what to say. Very bad experience . We felt very bad.
Paying now extra money.
But we need this money back. Sending you the details of ticket

As checked on the PNR, a credit shell has been created and the amount has been refunded to the same on the 26th of November, 2022.
