[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — boarding not allowed for pnr skl33t

I had reported around at 9.05 for getting boarding pass (Flight departure was 9:50). I was present at boarding gate at 9.20 and sitting there due to sudden high bp problem. There was no person from indigo side. There was no announcement or any body from indigo side to assist to find out the left out passenger. It is general practice that 20- 30 minute before the departure time boarding are allowed. As there was no passenger their, i though boarding has not started yet. Suddenly at 9:26, got alert over phone from my wife no, which was given by me in ticket detail, to whom staff has called at 9:25 (Record may be verified and may be provided if required) for immediate reporting of the passenger (It was done intentionally after 9:25). Within second i reached to the person from indigo who was calling. My wife called him back within second and informed him that passenger is there only. After reaching within second, i asked him to disconnect the present call and do the needful to allow to board me. The person (Named told as mr prasad no [protected]) continued the call and argument and behaved rudely and ask that u will not be allowed to board. He intentionally continued argument to waste some more time and asked his colleague to close the gate and close the boarding. After pleading with folded hand in front of hundred people to him, the person to just fulfill formality called the flight attendant and conveyed that one person is here left out. I guess that either no seat was available as flight was overbooked or due to personal ego the person asked the fligt attendant to confirm the boarding close. After wasting 2-3 minute he recorded that your reporting time is 9 :30 and indigo has right to deborad or not to allow to board whoever is not reporting before 9:25. I requested him being exception case boarding allowed up to 20 minute before flight departure time. Even if i have reported at 9:30 (As they recorded however i had reported earlier i. E at 9:20) well before i. E 20 minute departure time, i must be allowed to board. I beg for this and conveyed all my issue and requested to allow as exceptional case. They challenged me, mocked at me and all other staff refused to listen and discuss and ask to leave this place immediately. Their supervisor at ticket counter mocked at me with all their group members. He was showing as if i was matter of fun for them. They told indigo never be wrong and you better know what happens if you complain at customer care (It means it is useless to call to customer care). After repeatedly requesting, the supervisor ([protected]) ask to take either gst return or take ticket of any date within 04 days to same flight but they refused to give full refund of this also.

Now they are not even trying to cross check the facts at least for once. Got a reply from indigo through this app that since u not reported at 9:25 but reported at 9:30 (Flight departure time 9:50), you are only at the fault and. U will not be given any refund and another ticket etc also which was offered earlier. I am not able to understand the following :

1. If i was late, why boarding pass was given at counter.
2. If i was late whether they assisted me to guide me to reach the boarding gate at the earliest. Actually they misleaded me there.
3. Why they call me at 9:25 and not before that. If intention was to trace me, they would have done earlier also.
4. Why they called me (Through the no which was with my wife) if i was not to allowed to board even if i had reached there within a minute. Is there any announcement for me.
5. There supervisor later offered free ticket to patna on same pnr, why this is being denied now.
6. What is the compensation of cancelation of my return ticket from patan on same date.
7. What if i had been with luggage. Wether or not they would have extended the boarding for at least 05 minute to remove the luggage.
8. This ticket was taken at last moment, they is many chance they were overbooked.
9. This ticket was purchased with 4 times higher price in comparison of the general price of the ticket, which implies that journey was very urgent. Wether should not be considered on humanity ground.
10. If the person is having health issue, on humanitarian ground indigo should not consider it as a exceptional case.
11. Weather indigo have never ever allowed boarding before 20 minute of departure time in their any flight due to any sort of constrain.. If that is confirmed, then please give confirmation at their web site.

I want my hard earned money back on humanitarian ground.
