Cancelled this booking on may 21. Indigo is deducting rs 21160 for cancelling this booking and refunding only rs 19913.

This means the airline is deducting 51.5% of the amount paid in the name of cancellation charges. This is fraud, they are cheating with customers.

I am willing to pay the cancellation fee mentioned on their website of rs 4500 per international sector cancelled. They should deduct rs 9000 for two sectors and refund balance of rs 32073.
