We try our best not to cancel any flight but in case of your confirmed flight, gets cancelled due to certain travel restrictions, you will receive the Plan B option on your registered email address and contact to opt for an alternate flight or choose a full refund.
Regarding the seats, please know it is not mandatory to buy a seat. If you do not wish to pay for the seat, while doing the web check-in, please click on the 'auto-assign' option which is available till 6 hours prior to the departure and a seat will be assigned to you as per the availability.
