We have booked a flight pnr D2qgvx.plz call [protected] to help us.airline flight cancelled due to operational reason.when I went to the airport they said to call to customer care.when I called customer care they said they cannot give alternate flight as it's cancelled from u.when I tried saying I did not cancel nd requested many times .they checked the recording nd found that it was their mistake.i called so many times then after 3 to 4 days they gave approval to change the flight.when I said for compensation .calling them many times.as i incurred 1, 00000 expenses.they did not had any answer.saying it's not there in indigo policy or disconnecting the call.who will pay me for losses and my valuable time.they said we can give only 750 rs.nd we are rectifying our mistake by paying 750 rs.i have a question when it is their mistake we had to suffer a one lakh loss and our time.they are least bother to sort it out saying we cannot do anything.was their not duty to check the recording nd update to client and do best immediately.they r just trying to escape saying u will get call nd again that person says u will get call, and so on wasting our time and no solution
