[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Complaint regarding lost & found

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have lost my mobile phone today i.e., on[protected] between 04:15 to 04:45 AM in IGI T2 on a chair in front of boarding gate 20 while waiting for boarding. I put the phone on the seat and forgotten to take it in a hurry for boarding. I realized that only after boarding the flight. I made a request to the crew of the flight Indigo No.6E2719 (on the way Delhi to Visakhapatnam) with PNR No:LSN73H and seat no.2B but in vain. This is not a complaint against the cabin crew but the ground staff (skipper) did not properly respond to my request and took it very callously. They told me that they could not find it in the bus in which I was shuttled for boarding. Even though I clearly told them I lost it in a chair at the boarding gate 20 they took it negligently and he provided me with a number to contact the lost and found which was also wrong. I request you to kindly help me in finding my phone and deliver it to me.
