[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — CPML not offered

I was flying from Lucknow to Delhi on 22 June 2022. Flight no.- 6E2072 seat no. 11F. I have availed for CPML option while my booking. It was to my utter shock that none of the crew member cared to serve me for the meal I was entitled for. While she was serving the other passengers and she moved on, I thought she'll come back and then serve me but she didn't. It was highly disappointing as we pay so much more for mere drink and so called snack to enjoy munching while being on a flight and then this happens. The best part is none of the crew cared about that. I complained about this while leaving the flight and then she argued that she announced my name while serving which was a big lie on my face as I was waiting for my meal how come I not be answering her. Then she admitted her mistake in just one go and apologized. My concern is that we pay this much additional amount for CPML and then we are not even offered with that and then what left is a simple APOLOGY. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. Was this information helpful?
