This is Apoorva. I booked a flight from Indigo on 8th Jan 2025 trutsting Indigo and I am so frustrated by the service and the customer care efforts that I feel cheated and helpless.
My PNR is YYC49R. I have been requesting a flight change due to a family emergency since yesterday and was on call with 2 representatives both confirming that I will get a call back from the medical team and supervisor who has been straight lying to my face. I never got any call or any resolution. Above that I checked the option for Cancellation Add-on on the website that is clickable but is not working(attaching the screenshot here as well - its like its okay for us to follow our policy and even cheat with features on our website - because we are a company that follows policy for taking your money but not that other way around). It seems that Indigo doesn't really care and it's bothersome as an attitude for a company so big and portrayed as trustworthy.
I requested a cancellation request where I don't need my cash but the same amount to be adjusted with other tickets with date and place change but they said that since your 24 hours timeline is over, be happy with the amount you are getting. It is as per our policy and we can't change that. Taking 2 calls in between offices without a resolution have made me question my choice of choosing indigo. Writing this mail to check if the Customer Care actually Cares!!
