[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — customer care executive gave false information and requesting for refund. | |
Dear sir/madam, I am melvin geo thomas and i had recently travelled in indigo flight 6e 55 from chandigarh to dubai on 2nd december, 2017. I would like to request for a refund of my ticket. I was on my vacation and my return ticket is provided by my company. I didnt have a copy of it at the time of check in so contacted the customer care to help me with it. He sounded helpful and gave me the information that there was no booking done with same name in that flight after checking many times. I thought my company did not do the booking and had to fly in the same flight, so did another booking at the last minute which cost me around 18000 inr. I couldnt contact my company at that time as it was a holiday in uae. I called from my indian number 0091 [protected] to the customer care executive if you need to verify or listen to the conversation. I am enclosing the pnr of both the tickets with the same name on the same flight ie djg16b and hhpm4u. Hope you will do the needful and expecting a complete refund of my last ticket which i had to buy because of the false information given by your customer care executive. Awaiting your reply soon.
