Hi in my journey from Jaipur to Bengaluru on flight 6E 839, starting at 5:15 AM.
When I collected my luggage from belt, I observed I had received a broken baggage, the lock was broken. and one zip missing. even if the lock was broken by wear and tear, the zip would have stayed intact.
I received the baggage with zip all the way over to the opposite side of the where the lock is present.
My trust to the company to take care of the luggage has deeply been affected, as I never expected it to be in that condition.
Not sure who all went through the items inside my bag without my permission or presence. Ever since the lock has been broken there is a safety issue of my baggage items anywhere I travel and causes a lot of inconvenience.
I seek compensation of the damage of the bag, and opening of the bag without permission/presence as well as for my unplaced trust caused by this particular incident.
Right after the flight I walked upto the counter, the employee there took pictures of the same, and told me he will file a complain for me. But no follow up has been observed by me so far. Was this information helpful? |
