Damaged & mishandled check in baggage
Dear indigo,
It is with great regret that i write to you,
Regarding the mishandled and damaged state
Of my checkin baggage.
I usually have a good timely service through indigo,
Hence i choose your flight over others. However, today i have seen the worst of indigo right from handling my baggage to the ground staff of indigo
After landing at the guwahati airport with flight 6e-623 wgich departed kolkata at 6:50am
I received my suitcase completely broken the wheels are totally damaged and i am unable to move it.
Sitcase was unable to stay erect as its bottom pvc stand, wheel were broken. Morover the fragile sticker which i marked at kolkata airport was also removed.
After reporting it to the ground staff at guwahati airport they started behaving as if i have damaged my own suitcase crwaling inside the airlines checkedin luggage section and refused to give proper compensasation or any otherway out. Since i have to stay at guwahati till 14th and i have a return flight on 15th.
I really dont know how will i manage with this suitcase this entire period. Attached pics of the staffs who misbehaved munmi and narayani.
Indigo's customer feedback also nowhere offers customers to give detailed
Review to their entire flight experience from departure to arrival.
This type of luggage handling is terrible especially when the customer
Has fragile objects stored in it.
I want proper compensasation and justice to this case from you guys otherwise i will be forced to moved to consumer forum and all social media platforms.
As i am seeing this complain forum this luggage mishandling is becoming a regular practice for indigo.

I asked indigo customer care that i hv recieved transaction id also but they r putting my phne on hold nd thn disconnecting it
We would like to inform you that the Travel Certificate will be generated within 24-48 hrs after making the payment on the same page. Further, you may share the booking reference/ PNR number so we may check from our end.
