Hello, I had book ticket for mumbai to delhi for today with the mentioned flight. Boarding time was 6.15 and it was gate 45 B 2. I reached before time and was seating near the gate 45 an and 45 b. Apparently there was no gate mentioned as 45 b2 there. As a common sense it should be 45 b. air India flights were placed in this counter. Firstly b these gates are very congested and this part of terminal is full jam in morning times. I checked 4 to 5 times and Indigo was not registered there at 45b. Couldn’t understand when they changed the gate and started the boarding. When it was around 6.32 I went to ask why there is a delay, I went to the counter where indigo Leh boarding was happening, that gentleman said Delhi boarding is almost complete at the last gate. When me and my colleague went there it was 6.36 and the lady over there NIKITA said sorry sir gate close. We requested her a lot but she didn’t listen to us. She said rule is rule. One more lady came there she was late. After all this happened she ask her junior Sohaib to take us to supervisor counter. In between he showed us the way that u have to go out of security chaeck for the Indigo counter and went. When we reach to security they didn’t allow us to go out and insisted that airline staff should have accompany you. Don’t u guys think it is ridiculous of that stupid staff not to accompany us. After 15 mins we found someone and went to the counter paid 2500 each and got 1020 flight whose boarding time was 9.35. I boarded the flight at 9.45 and got my seat. It was my surprise till 10.10 passengers were entering the aircraft. If the rule is to close 25 minutes prior to the flight time. Why last passenger entered at 10.10. Why the rules were not same. Why that lady was not kind to help us to board the flight for just 2 mins late. I am sure there is something fishy going on here. I had a meeting at 10 at delhi which was very important for me. I missed it because of irresponsibility of your airline. I am placing this complain hoping some actions will be taken. I will send the same to the consumer forum too.
