[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Failed Transaction Refund not done

I am Sushree Saswati, a very regular indigo flight traveller.It has always been a pleasure travelling with Indigo and availing the services.

I am writing this email to inform you about a failed transaction that happened few days ago, on January 11th to be precise. The amount deducted from my account is Rs.7032/-. Usually the amount gets refunded with in 3-4 working days, in case of failed transaction., but this time i didnt receive any payment

The Booking was in my mother's name Mrs.Tilottama Mahapatra. When transaction failed for the first time, i tried to book again but it failed again, The amount deducted was from one of the transactions, Below i am providing you with both the transaction id

2)Transaction Id: 26838564232720170111035357

Kindly look in to the matter and solve the issue, as i told you that i am a regular indigo flyer and i do not want to change my service provider due to this .
Hope you help me resolve the issue and get the amount refunded.
