The scheduled time of the flight 6e5305 dated 28 dec 2019 was delayed inordinately by 1.50 hours for take off. We had a meeting scheduled at 6.30 pm with our clients which got cancelled and hence we had to return without attending the meeting. This resulted in loss of business and hence we demand refund of full fare on the flight, as the purpose of travelling by air was defeated and we had to return back to mumbai as staying back till monday whould have resulted in further cost escalation in the form of hotel booking for 2 nights.

In view of the same, we demand full refund of the airfare as we will have to revisit indore for completing the pending meeting.

Updated by Sumit S Sultania We are sure that your company always remains committed to assist our passengers in the best possible manner. But in the instant case we have lost substancial business and have incurred unnecessary cost due to delay in the flight. 15-30 min delay may have been adjustable, but 1.5 hours is utrocious.

In view of the same, please refund the actual fair of the flight from Mumbai to Indore if not the return fair as the purpose of the trip was defeated.
