I had booked my air-ticket from guwahati to mumbai on 20th september 2019 holding pnr no. - pkkepd.

Guwahati (08.40) to mumbai (12.00)
Date of travel: 22-10-19
After receiving the confirmed ticket i called up the indigo team on same day (Booking day) to understand about rescheduling policy and to know what are the charges involved if want to reschedule my flight to one day prior. After getting the information, i was asked whether i'd like to reschedule my travel to[protected] which would cost me ₹250/-. I replied "ok check if it's possible" and then i was put on hold. While i was waiting for someone to answer back the call got disconnected. Then i tried to re connect the call twice but it didn't happened. Then i just gave up and i was not anymore in mood of calling them up or rescheduling my flight. So i didn't reschedule my flight.
There was no further call or email or sms regarding this rescheduling thing from either side. Now today on the date of travel when i was trying to check in myself in guwahati airport the ground staff says that i have some pending amount against my ticket for rescheduling my flight. I told them the rescheduling never happened and there was no email or sms from your side which could prove that. Then they connected me to the customer care and i narrated the whole thing. The customer care in response says that they need to check the call recording and that would take at least 6 hours. Consequently i was not allowed to board my flight.
Now the customer is saying if the rescheduling is done with my knowledge then they do not have any responsibility to book me the next flight.
Firstly the rescheduling never really happened, secondly if it would have taken place there would be any email or sms from their side confirming the reschedule or saying that payment ia pending, etc. At least i would have received a revised itenary. Neither of these happened, and the customer service guy is not able to answer to any of these. He just kept on repeating that if the rescheduling is done with my permission then they can't help me out. They are not admitting the mistake that there was no confirmation to the customer about the changes made from their side.
Kindly take strict action against this and try to book me next flight to mumbai as soon as possible. I am still sitting in the airport.
