Indigo Airlines — for not allowed to board flight

To whomsoever it may concern,
I am kautilya tushar rajyaguru. I was travelling from mumbai to dehradun with your airlines on date 20th july. My flight number was 6e 3612 from mumbai. I had done online check inn as i dint have any check inn baggage. My seat number was 21d from mumbai to delhi and 23c from delhi to dehradun. I had printed the boarding pass from home still went to counter number 29 to confirm that the boarding pass i have would be fine. The lady on the counter said it is fine and asked me to proceed towards gate number 13. I had cleared the security check and was at the gate at sharp 5:00 am. I was asked to wait by one of your staff members when i approached the gate. I again went at 5:10 and was still asked to wait and they would inform.in the mean time i see them announcing for closing of boarding gate for flight to vadodra and bengaluru. But no announced for my flight to delhi. When i went to the gate again at 5:50 i was told that the flight has been pushed back n it was my fault that i missed the flight.
Then i was checked out and taken to the counter number 8 where ms. Trupti said the same story to me and upon my request called mr. Mathew who was asst. Customer relation head. I begged them to accommodate me on next possible flight as i was going for the asthi visarjan of my grandfather. Two of my brothers were flying from ahmedabad to delhi (Via indigo) and from delhi we were supposed to be in the same flight (6e 964).
From the aiport i called your helpline number. ([protected]). I talked to ms. Neha over the phone. She also denied to register any complain like your staff at the airport. After my requests the airport staff (Ms. Trupti and mr. Mathew) agreed to accommodate me on the next indigo flight but asked me to pay inr 18k plus. Which for me as a student is a huge amount. I told them i cant pay this huge amount and please try and understand the purpose of travel was to do the asthi visarjan of my grandfather whose murat was 2:30 pm in haridwar. They refused to understand so finally i left the airport departure terminal and went to the adjoining police station. Over there they called mr. Mathew again and the police official requested them to accommodate me but again mr. Mathew had the same thing to say and again asked me to pay inr 18k plus.
So i left the police station. My father booked a direct flight from mumbai to dehradun via jetairways which costed him inr 7476/-. I had to rush to the international airport t2 to make it to the flight. Though i reached dehradun at 1:00 pm i couldnt make it to the asthi visarajan as its a long drive from dehradun to haridwar and due to kaward a local festival the highways were packed. So my brothers had to do the asthi visarjan in my absence.
I demand a claim of inr 40, 000/- for the harassment caused to me. The mistreatment by your airport staff and the sheer negligence from your staff. And majorly i missed the asthi visarjan of my grandfather due to your airlines and staff. I was a fond traveler of your airlines as its economic and always on time. But after this incident i wouldn't like to travel again with your airlines.
I would be approaching the consumer forum if my claim isn't paid to me within 2 weeks from now.
