Indigo Airlines — Forcing hand baggage into checked in baggage

Flight no 6E 166, PNR O4W7NV, seat no 4D; carrying only one bag; Total weight with laptop 9.4 kg, without laptop and iPad, 6.8 kg. Forced to release the bag as checked in. Surprisingly a lot many passengers who were not corporate passengers are carrying more than this on the same flight. Ground staff refused to weight hand baggage of any other passenger.If Indigo senior officers see this before this flight lands in Delhi, this statement can be verified.
