Pnr# : jgt19m Sector : hanoi to kolkatta Ticket booking date : 25nov.19 Travel date : 05dec.19 Complaint : - promised gst invoice not received for sector hanoi to kolkatta in pnr# jgt19m. - customer service unable to clarify reason for not providing gst invoice only for hanoi to kolkatta sector. - customer service only asking to wait for more days, despite waiting over the committed 30days from date of booking of ticket. Note : gst invoices received for all other sectors under this pnr# jgt19m. Blr-kolkatta, kolkatta to hanoi, kolkatta to blr. It is strange why only hanoi to kolkatta sector invoice is not provided. It is also decomit from indigo in not providing the gst invoice despite waiting for 30days from date of booking as advise by customer service team of indigo. 4 calls to customer service havent been able to provide solution.
