Hello Team,
I travelled from Bangalore to Ranchi yesterday from INDIGO 6E221. My PNR was "MVCRGH".
After coming to ranchi I came to know my checked-in luggage was missing and I had no update on this. Finally I called customer care where I was informed it is in Level 4 but no one bothered to inform me of the same before takeoff from bangalore. And when I asked the same they said it is against the policy to inform the customer if the bag is stuck. I have the voice record of the call as well.
All of my belongings are there in my bag and I am leaving in a hotel near airport to get my luggage back. It's been more than 24 hours but still di not get any update from anyone not a single call information. This is really painful. Even Indigo staffs at Ranchi airport are not responding.
Firstly, I must be informed about the issue but did not get any info from airlince until I called. Even still I am waiting for a formal update. Secondly I must be compensated for my loss and the pain I am ging through.
