Indigo Airlines — Inconvenience to senior citizens-seat change - pnr b3ye4y | |||
Hi, My parents traveled by indigo airlines 6e 769 on 31st mar lko-pnq on above pnr. They pre-booked and confirmed their seats (3e, 3f) but at the time of check in the staff who issued boarding passes changed the seats (9b, 9e) without any request or consent of the passengers. My father asked the counter staff if the seats were together since they are senior citizens, he confirmed the same only to find that it was not true. Both the seats were middle seats and in completely different rows altogether. This has caused a great inconvenience for my old parents throughout their journey from lucknow to delhi to pune. I have attached the scanned copy of the e-ticket and the boarding passes for clarity on the issue. I need to know why an airline of such repute can cause such a lapse in - customer service specially when we pay thousands of rupees for our travel, and that too for senior citizens.
