[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — lost baggage | |
Hope you doing okay!. Now i have got a complaint to make about miss handled baggage of my mother and brother. Pnr number - fcvdgs The boarders name - parveen sharma and munish pal sharma Flying status - from india to kuala lumpur We first reached the customer service people about the status of our 2 bags which they replied and said wait for 48 hours which we did and then asked us to further give them 14 days which also was fine. Its been more than a fortnight and we don’t have any idea what indigo is doing regarding search of our bags. I don’t want any compensation. I want the bags back as it got very important stuff and medicines which we need as soon as possible. Take it is a request or customers excruciating complaint, i want the luggage back. They have boarded further flight from malaysia to australia, so i want bags to be delivered at least to us in australia. I am even happy to pay courier fee or whatever it takes to get the bags. We are really frustrated and would not like to board a flight from indigo anymore as we suffered enough. Please reply to this email and this will warn me as my knowhow or so i can further complain in consumer forum about the mishandled baggage. Kam sharma Was this information helpful? | |
