Indigo Airlines — Money Refunded To Indigo cash Not in Bank Account

Hi, I booked the flight from indigo from Mumbai to Jaipur for 1st June (PNR: OH2SRS). It got cancelled and customer care told that they will give indigo cash which can be used within 1 year. But I am need money to my back account because I have other operational flights options as indigo doesn't have any direct option. I am travelling with my kids and I have to travel on urgent basis. I want indigo to refund money to my bank account so that I can travel with other flights which is available. Please refund money to bank account as indigo cash is useless to me at this situation. IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 04, 2020 Updated by pankbecs07 Hi Sir/Madam, Indigo service has returned only 1800 rs to my bank account. Could you please reply the status of my return. I did not get any initiated mail for entire amount. neither I am able to see anything on website log. This is like leave me in lurch. Thanks.
