Indigo Airlines — My baggage broken beyond repairs

I was traveling from Baku to Delhi Via Doha and when my bag was received broken
Date of Travel - 30 Jul GYD-DOH-Del- Qatar/Indigo flight 13:40 to 02:10
Full Description- I checked in my baggage at Baku Airport and it was to be received at Delhi. When I collected my bag from the conveyer belt, the wheel was broken and was not in a position to be used again.
