Indigo Airlines — Not get boarding pass | |||||
I was about to travel hyderabad - bhubaneswar-kolkata through indigo flight 6e-264 having pnr sck6qj on 11th july which was scheduled to be departed at 17:20pm. I reached to the check in counter at 16:40 pm. The check in counter personnel denied to give me the boarding pass inspite of requesting him repeatedly and i was not carrying any checked in luggage as well. When i had a discussion with their senior authority, they rather told that gate is closed before 45 min whereas i got sms that check in should be before 25 min. Then i have to buy a ticket from go air at 17.10 pm. On the other hand on 7th july i had a flight from kolkata to raipur to hyderabad at 15. 20 pm and both flights were late. In a null shell i want to say that please give me compensation of my money of goair fare.
