This is the mail that I received from this email id : indigoairlines.[protected]@yahoo.com & airportauthority.[protected]@yahoo.com stating that they are the recruiters of Indigo Airlines and informing to me that I am selected for the Air Ticketing Job in Jollygrant Airport, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. Along with they have selected 3 more candidates from this location. There were 3 persons named as Mr Mukesh-[protected], Mr Rajesh Sharma-[protected] & Ms Ruchi Sharma-[protected] by force they were asking money as Security deposit ( Rs 2150+5250+12990+22500 = Rs.42890/-) and all the amounts are refundable at the time joining day (28 May 2021) by cheque. I didn't know about it but due to my family situations, I paid all these amount through IMPS. Mr Rajesh Sharma assured me that these all amount he will refund on 26 May 2021 but till now he didn’t reimburse any amount. Now Mr Mukesh and Mr Rajesh Sharma both are asking the final amount of Rs 32990 and were saying that all the amounts are refundable within 1 hour and they asked my account details for the online deposit from his end. I told them I am not able to pay this amount because I am from the poor background and my whole family is depending on my earning. I am the only person who is feeding to my parents and brothers. They are not bothering about this issue and simply saying that kindly arrange the final amount, then they will process my application for this Air ticketing job. But when I told them that Indigo is not asking money for the job hiring-Mr Mukesh said that this is the internal matter and the company is also giving the money on behalf of the selected candidates. I asked the details of how much company is giving the money-he refused to share by stating that this is company policy and I will not share the details of the company amount that paying on behalf of the selected candidate.

They will share the mail of joining letter by tomorrow through Email.

They provide me visiting card, joining date (28 May 2021), verification form, training form & they send me the BATCH NO. - X2021AAOI (I have filled the form and submitted to them).

I request them to cancel my application on 27 May 2021 & 7 June 2021 and ask them to refund all the security amounts but both of them said that it will take 45 to 90 days to refund your money.

I have phone call recording of Mr Mukesh & Mr Rajesh Sharma with me.

I would like to request you kindly help me get this issue resolved and take the strict action against them.
