Indigo Airlines — Product Damage Inside the check inn baggage - Their only raise the complain

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Mishandling of Baggage at Bhubaneswar Counter
Dear IndiGo Customer Relations Team,
I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding my experience at the Bhubaneswar Airport check‑in counter on [insert date] for my flight under PNR Y6Y8SC. The staff member at the counter, seated next to the Fast Forward desk (FFN[protected], behaved in an unprofessional and unacceptable manner.
During check‑in, the staff member threw my suitcase with unnecessary force, despite me being present and requesting careful handling. When I asked her why she was handling the baggage that way, she simply replied “It is heavy”, even though I clearly informed her that my other suitcase—which was lighter—was being handled gently at other airports.
When I questioned the behaviour again, she responded dismissively, telling me “You can complain to the company.”
This attitude is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful towards passengers who trust IndiGo with their safety and belongings.
IndiGo is known for its service quality, and this kind of conduct completely contradicts the standards your airline is reputed for. Mishandling luggage can cause damage, and such behaviour from frontline staff leaves a very poor impression.
I request that IndiGo:

Investigate this incident and identify the staff member involved.
Ensure proper training on passenger interaction and baggage handling.
Take appropriate corrective action to prevent such incidents in the future.

I expect a response and clarification on the actions taken, as this experience was extremely disappointing.
