I would like to inform you that I booked two flight tickets through **IndiGo** with the Zero Cancellation option, and both tickets were cancelled within the eligible period.
However, it has now been more than 25 days, and I have not been receiving proper responses to my emails or calls regarding the refund process. There has been no clear update so far, and I have also noticed that a certain amount has been deducted from the refund.
The booking details are as follows:
• Bangalore to Ayodhya – PNR: IYV7XQ
• Varanasi to Guwahati – PNR: DYSRKN
In this regard, I kindly request you to:
1. Clarify the reason for the deduction despite opting for the Zero Cancellation facility.
2. Process the pending refund amount at the earliest.
3. Provide a clear update on the refund status.
This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, and I request you to treat this matter as urgent and provide an update at the earliest.
