Hi indigo airlines, I booked a flight from hyderabad to goa on 11th oct 2019 with pnr ofdsms (Flight no:6e 6913 departure time: 21:10). I had taken online boarding pass but missed my flight because i strucked in traffic. I spoked with airlines in the airport obout the refund of ticket money. They explained that the indigo airline refund only rs 3500 only out of total ticket charges. Kindly refund 3500 rupees to my account. Verified Support Oct 24, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Yashwanth, As checked, the passengers were no- show for the flight and can claim refund towards no show taxes. KIndly contact your travel agency used to make the booking to initiate the same.
