Indigo Airlines — refund request for cancelled flight (pnr a2zjhl)

Dear Indigo Team,

We received confirmation that our flight is cancelled. We tried cancelling through the online portal and mobile app, but encountered a technical error (error screenshot attached).

We've already received a refund for PNR E1TK2L (₹11, 165), but are still awaiting refund for PNR A2ZJHL (₹28, 251). Could you please cancel the tickets and process the refund as soon as possible?
