[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — regarding ticket cancellation

Regarding National Consumer Complaint Number 1102978.
Dear Sir/Madam
I already told you my problems with CRM No.[protected] and i cleared that i want to travel on 19/01/2019 against the PNR No. RIDLXD but you are not able to resolve my problem. Ticket amount refund is not a solution of my problem. I want to travel because my wife and 01 month daughter will also travel on 19/01/2019 with PNR No. EYEPUY.
Hence kindly give my a new PNR No. with same ticket amount i.e. 3084/- for the 19/01/2019 as soon as possible.

I booked my indigo ticket by my mobile through net banking and total amount given which is display at the time of booking .But at airport extra Rs. 2200.00 was taken from me. why ? My flight PNR - CKTCSH, 21/12/2018, at 4.45am from Hyderabad to Guwahati. I am not satisfied. I add photo of all three documents with this mail
