I booked sir ticket in indigo. I need travel invoice or travel certificate to submitting in office for ltc purpose. I am trying to apply from indigo website but it is showing error - please enter correct email address. Please provide me a travel invoice or travel certificate. Hi,
I cancelled ticket from Indigo airlines from Pune to Delhi
For that Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs Rs 3200 per ticket for a ticket costing Rs 3890/. I cancelled the ticket within 5 minutes of buying the tickets.
We truly understand your concern. We would like to inform you that cancellation policy is designed in a way so as to give our customers the freedom to cancel their travel plans according to their own convenience, exigencies can occur at any point of time. Therefore, we allow our passengers the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a reservation up to two hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Further, we request to share your booking reference / PNR number so we may look into it.
