[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — student ticket charges for extra baggage as a normal ticket

I bought a tkt online dehradun to delhi for my daughter on indigo. While buying clicked 'student' in the options. After chosing date and time of the flt, the screen showed me the msg that said that the traveller needs to carry an id. I clicked ok. But my daughter was charged rs.800 for over weight in dehradun. Why was she charged??
