[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — tickets rescheduling due to death in family

I want to reschedule my trip to september due to death in my family but the airlines is charging rs. 2200 per ticket for rescheduling which was not specified earlier and now i might face huge losses as cancellation also is making the same amount of losses. Such inappropriate and unethical behaviour can hamper the image of the airlines as we might move to the consumer court and also press as such policy was not mentioned during the booking. The losses are huge in cancellation and rescheduling the might incur huge losses
