Indigo Airlines — Voucher based ticket booking only thru Indigo Website is costing over Rs 1000 per ticket

Dear Sir. I had received Indigo vouchers for self and my daughter as our flights to Chennai from Hyderabad was delayed over 15 hours in first week of Dec'25. We opted for vouchers onstead of cash compensation to help and support Indigo manage its cash flow. I am trying to book tickets for our forthoming journey to Chennai on 2 July. I find that ticket fare (Rs 6141) to Chennai by Indigo is expensive by over Rs 1000 compared to Makmytrip (Rs 5131). Screen shots atatched for ready reference. Please note that Indigo website does not show 12 PM flight to Chennai from Hyderabad whereas Make My Trip does not show 14:10 PM flight to Chennai from Hyderabad on 2 July 26. Request Indigo to look into this and help to get the ticket booked on its website at comparable rate for passnegers like us who waited at the airport for more than 12 hours and then opted for cancellation of the ticket, incurred over Rs 8, 000 towards to and fro taxi fare from a city about 200 KM from Hyderabad, lost Rs 12, 000 hotel booking charges due to no show in Dec'25. request resolution by 5th June to enbale us to do booking before further fare hike.
