I applied for a Bachelor of Arts(Hons) in political science on 13/09/22, and I got a confirmation email on the given date itself. And I canceled my application and it got confirmed on 08/10/22. I got it from my religion study centers, and even I got proof if you need one it's been almost a month since I canceled my application. Yet I haven't got any email related to my refunds. Although I have sent several emails related to student support, they keep sending me different types of email addresses to address my problem. And I did send an email to their mentioned email. I haven't gotten any sort of reply from them. And it's been almost a month since I registered my first complaint and since that, I haven't received any notice/email from them. Even after calling my regional center about the refund policy, they answered me in a rude tone. I wonder who must have appointed them. They cut the phone without even letting me finish my talk. Please I need the refund.

I completed my MSO PROGRAM in the June session 2022 and after long 3 months I waited and more than thousand times mailed to the IGNOU authority and regional centre but nobody replied properly as I have to produce my marksheet and certificate for a state level recruitment in my own state.I am in great trouble it matters my professional career.Besides I am a femal learner and belong to a backward area .so it's very unfortunate to me .plz help me...

I appeared in examination July session 2022 in Augst MA psychology, but my result has not been declared yet.My enrollment no.is[protected].My previous year marks are also not updated yet.I request Ignou authorities to into the matter, so that my problem gets solved without any delay.

I applied in the MEC programme in IGNOU university in October 2022. My admission got cancelled from the university itself due to discrepancy found in my application. I received the cancellation message on 2nd December. I got admission in other university. I have to pay the fee. Kindy refund as soon as possible as it is very very very difficult for us to arrange the money. It's a big amount for us. Please help the students and make these process easy for us. I am Keerthana L. I applied for the PGDAST programme in IGNOU. My enrollment number is [protected]. Later I had to cancel my admission and got cancelled on 25 October 2022. As said, I returned the study materials IN IGNOU regional centre Trivandrum. As far as now there is no update regarding refund status of admission fee amounting to 7600 Rs.. Please kindly go through this issue and do the needful as soon as possible. I am attaching the receipt from regional centre regarding admission being cancelled and books being returned.

I am Student of IGNOU having Program Code MCOM. I am eligible for my first year promotion as per the Notice from ignou dated 03/11/2022, but i have filled my first year promoted 3 Papper exam fees for December 2022 before October 31st 2022 without delay.Because there was no notification about this earlier.Now I decided to go ahead with my promotion.
Kindly refund the excess exam fee at earliest.

I enrolled in MAJMCOL in July session 2022 ..due to some personal reasons I cancelled my addmission and after the cancellation I have not received a fee refund status yet. I have tried to mail more than 3 times as per given mail address but I have not gotten any response from them. its already been 15 to 20 days happened they don't reply anything.

Please help me about the fee refund status, so that I can decide what I can do next.

I have paid my online admission fess of Rs7300/- on 20th october 2022 but the status was showing failed in the IGNOU portal (money debited from my account), so I paid for the second time which was succesfull.
So the money debited from my account twice. I contacted the bank regarding the failed transaction but bank replied that the transaction was succesful and to contact the merchant for refund. I raised a grievance in the IGNOU portal .but they replied to send mail to [protected]@ignou.ac.in; [protected]@ignou.acin; [protected]@ignou.ac.in;[protected]@ignou.ac.in. But even after sending mail to them and reminders for 10 times there is not any reply.
Kidly provide resolution by refunding Rs 7300/- excess amount paid by me.

There is fraud in assignment marks update. These people will ask for money to update or correction of assignment marks for which it is long pending. They will ask to send nominal fees transfer. The Mobile number are [protected] and [protected]. Be careful ❗️

I have cancelled my admission on September 6th. I haven't received my refund fees yet. I have been calling and mailing them since then. No response on call or emai.

I have submitted my assignments in nov 2021. But my marks of the subject EPA5 And EPA6 are yet not updated. I have visited my study centre 4 to 5 times but no action has been taken.

My name is Neha from deoli, Rajasthan. My issue is refund fees from ignou University. I had completed my admission process in 7th August 2022 with course fees. I have contacted them for admission by physically or email process. After many efforts they canceled my admission I have lost my 2months in this process. It's a big lose of my career time. Now they are ignoring me and my emails of fees refund.
