    I submitted my sister's re registration form for 2nd year on 13th June 2023 around
    3:45 pm. During the first try my payment was shown not successful but amount has been debited from my account. Then I paid again for the re registration form. So I have been charged twice for it.         I have to submit following few facts for your kind perusal and favourable consideration:

        1) I took admission in MPB in 1999 when IGNOU commenced this programme vide enrolment No.[protected] and completed all the courses except MS 100, MS 95, MS 494, and MS 495.

        2) In order to complete the above-mentioned left-over courses, I took fresh admission through form No. 3 on 26.12.2011 (as per stamped receipt dt. 26.12.2011 of RCC Panchkula) along with bank draft No. 859498 dated 26.12.2011 for Rs. 2000/- vide enrolment No.[protected]. Form No. 3 used for the purpose clearly indicates "For Seeking Fresh Admission to MBA (Banking & Finance) Programme in order to complete the left-over courses".

        3) As per the prospectus provided to me and also as advised by the then dealing officials of RCC Panchkula on 26.12.2011 I was told that maximum duration to complete the left-over courses is 8 years i.e., upto Dec. 2019. In this connection, please refer to page 12 para "Maximum Duration" wherein it is clearly written that "maximum duration of the MBA(B&F) is eight years". Your online portal also confirms the same and even as on date shows validity of my admission up to "Dec-2019".

        4) In view of the validity of my admission up to Dec-2019, you allowed me and accordingly I appeared in June 2019 for the three left over courses i.e. MS 95, MS 494, and MS 495 and qualified the same as per the result declared by you in Aug. 2019.

        5) In view of the validity of my admission up to Dec-2019, I submitted my project proposal for MS 100 on 15.02.2019 which was approved by you on 15.03.2019 vide Project Proposal No. 111839.

        6) As per page 15/16 of the prospectus supplied to me (and also advised by the dealing officials of RCC Panchkula) at the time of re-admission on 26.12.2011, I am eligible for internal credit transfer in respect of the courses qualified by me vide my earlier enrolment No.[protected] of 1999. Accordingly, on 31.10.2019, I sent in my Application for Credit Transfer in respect of 16 courses qualified by me vide my earlier enrolment No.[protected] to new enrolment No.[protected] along with the prescribed fee of Rs. 8, 000/- vide bank draft No. 138479 dated 30.10.2019.

        7) The project work (MS 100) was submitted by me on 09.10.2019 which was accepted earlier by the SED but the same was returned to me under cover of letter No. IG/SED/Proj./MP/2021/8326 dated 01.07.2021, after retaining the same for a period of more than nine months, stating that my admission was valid upto Dec.2018.

        8) I was shocked to learn that my admission, as per your above letter dated 01.07.2021 was valid upto Dec. 2018. The fact is that as per prospectus / oral advice of dealing officials and IGNOU's portal even today says that my admission is valid upto Dec. 2019. Even otherwise, the fact of your allowing me to appear for examination in June'19 for three courses, declaration of my result in August'19, approving my project proposal on 15.03.2019 and accepting my Project Report submitted on 09.10.2019 go to prove beyond any suspicion that my admission is valid upto Dec.2019 and I am eligible for credit transfers. What internal guidelines / rules the dealing officials are now basing your decision on, were never conveyed to me either by any email / letter / notice - either orally or in writing. Had I been informed by any of your communication – letter or email – or the portal shown my admission validity upto Dec. 2018, I could have completed the remaining courses a year earlier also as I had retired from my job in February 2016.

        9) After submitting my project report and request for credit transfers, I have been following up with every department but I have not got any favourable response.

        In the above circumstances, I am left with no alternative but to approach your goodself with a request to please direct IGNOU to get my Project Report (MS 100) evaluated (which was re-submitted by me under cover of my letter dated to the SED 03.08.2021), accept my request for internal credit transfers, declare my result for MS 100 and award me the final degree.

              With due respect, I, the undersigned, would like to inform you that I am a resident of haldwani . It is under the jurisdiction of haldwani Post Office. I want to draw your kind attention to the fact that IGNOU till now dispatched my marksheet of ma economics...even I attend convocation I got degree there...but till now no response of emails nd complaints regarding marksheet..
              Due to this, I have to suffer a lot. It was an interview call letter. Due to the negligence I have lost a golden opportunity that could change my life. No excuse will be considered for such negligence in public work.

              So I earnestly request you to take necessary steps against the concerning ignou and to ensure the delivery of letters in exact time. ..

I have submitted my assignment MPS-01, MPS-03, MPSE-01, MPSE-08, MED-02, MED-08, MGPE-11 but still marks are not updated.My letter no is 18/21 Dt:-16/11/2021.I humbly request you to look in the matter and help me by updating my assignment marks as well as sending grade card.As I want to apply for MA course.but since two year my marks r not updated.I went to my study center that is N.S.C.B collage -21234.where I am told that marks r send by them but is not getting updated from Bbsr.I also called on the assistance number provided by ignou but i didn't get proper response .I gave all my details but still no action taken.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the continued delay in receiving my statement of marks for my BCOM AF degree from IGNOU. Despite my numerous attempts to address this issue through email communication, I have received no satisfactory resolution or even a proper acknowledgment of my concerns.

                    To provide a brief overview, I have sent more than 50 emails to IGNOU explaining that I have already received my degree certificate, but the statement of marks remains elusive. In each instance, your response has been a generic claim that the documents have been dispatched to my registered address. However, I would like to emphasize that I have not received the statement of marks, despite the repeated assurances given.

                    Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the lack of response and action on my application for a duplicate mark sheet, which was submitted along with a Demand Draft over a month ago. The absence of any communication or acknowledgment from your end is completely unacceptable. This delay has not only caused immense frustration but has also had a detrimental impact on my academic pursuits. The inability to provide the necessary documentation has resulted in missed opportunities to apply for higher education in various universities and the loss of potential scholarships.

                    Moreover, I have also submitted a separate application, along with a Demand Draft, for an official transcript. However, I am yet to receive any response regarding this matter, leaving me uncertain about the progress and status of my request.

                    I am compelled to highlight that IGNOU's persistent negligence and lack o[censored]rgency in addressing my concerns are indicative of a serious breach of responsibility. As a result, I am now considering further legal action should there be any future delay in resolving this matter appropriately.

                    I demand immediate attention to this pressing issue. It is imperative that my statement of marks be dispatched without any further delay. Additionally, I request a prompt response regarding the status of my application for a duplicate mark sheet and official transcript.

                    Please be advised that the continued delays caused by your department have not only disrupted my educational progress but have also undermined my faith in the administrative processes of IGNOU. I implore you to treat this complaint with the utmost seriousness, rectify the situation promptly, and prevent any recurrence of such issues in the future.

                    I expect to receive a written acknowledgment of this complaint within ten working days from the date of receipt of this letter. Furthermore, I request regular updates on the progress of my requests and immediate confirmation upon dispatching the statement of marks and the duplicate mark sheet.

                    Failure to address this complaint within a reasonable timeframe will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities, as well as to seek legal remedies available to me. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, and your prompt action can resolve this issue satisfactorily.

                    Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I trust that you will handle this complaint expeditiously and restore my faith in the integrity of IGNOU's administrative processes.

                      I want to say that, I didn't recieve my fee refund yet after I cancelled my MBA admission on 17th of March 2023. They said they will refund it after they received books. They received books, after that they are not even responding to my e-mails, 5 e-mails i did, but there isn't any response. 16000₹ is big amount for us.

                        IGNOU December 2022 Term End Examination Result for subject MSO-03 is showing as zero '0'.

                        IGNOU Regional Centre in Bangalore (RC Bangalore) is not looking into the issue and not giving proper update even after a grievance was submitted regarding incorrect or incomplete marks for subject MSO-03 in results.

                        Many months have passed but result is still incorrect or incomplete.

                            I have taken the admission in ignou MA (english) course for the two times and my admission got cancelled till now i didn't get my refund.
                            Firstly I've taken the admission in 2022 in November my admission got cancelled in dec I've applied for my refund didn't get till now. They are delaying always for a month.
                            Again I've taken the admission in march end my admission got cancelled in April they are delaying again.
                            Is IGNOU scamming the students.

                              I was enrolled in the of 2018 for BCA which is 3 years course but still I didn't get a degree. I have been struggling to get a job and help my family because of no graduation because of IGNOU. I see no light for my life in future.
                              Please take the responsibility if you taken the admission fees and examination fees. Wasted a lot of my precious time.

                                  I cancelled my admission within 15 days. However i haven't received my refund plus they are not even picking up calls or replying accurately to email. All they do is just shut the ticket by providing Common Prospects or email ids. I request you to please help me out. I am in need of money. I just want to know within how many days will i receive my fund?

                                      My self Naga Mohana Rao T. I have taken admission in IGNOU on January 9th 2023 with admission number [protected]. Due to some personal issues i have cancelled my admission on 9th of February 2023. Till now my refund not received. I have visited Hyderabad branch regarding the issue they are behaving irresponsible. And also showing in their portal admission got cancelled and initiated for refund.
