I beg to say that iam a new student of INDRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY. I took addmission in july. The person available there at regional centre. He told me that i will recieved my study material in one month but till now i haven't got it. when ever i call them no one answers and if anyone answers they said that call on this number or wait for sometime i have paid fees still i haven't recieved books and in december we have exams.

I'm Gagan Kumar and i have given exam for 3rd year & my results are still pending and Exam Form submission date is tomorrow, Also, the staff of IGNOU is not taking it seriously because whenever i call them they tell me not to disturb them. What should i do because of their bad services and Slacker-ism I have to bear the lose of 6 months, Please help!

Hi, I enrolled for MBA program due to personal resons cancelled my admission. Not received refund yet its been more than 45 days. No reply from IGNOU yet.

I have paid the fees in full and received the receipt. But no further confirmation from last 10 days. Tried emailing, texting details as suggested but no response. No one picking call from last 5 days

I had an admission to IGNOU (Regional Center Noida ) in Session[protected] in Master's Courses. But there was some problem from my side. So, I hereby want to inform IGNOU that I want to cancel my admission to the Master's program in MCA_NEW: Master of Computer Applications. Because I got admission to Central University through CUET Exam and I Want to continue my education at Central University.
I have sent so many emails to IGNOU and Regional Center Noida regarding the cancellation of my admission.
But I have not any response from this side.
And I also want a refund of my admission fees. Because in the Terms and Conditions of IGNOU the fee will be refunded if you are cancellation of admission.
But form this side no have any response.
So, I kindly request you to please do the needful.

I am a student of IGNOU University. I have submitted my assignments on april 2021. Now more than 330 days completed but still my assignment Marks are not yet updated in Grade Card. I have sent several emails to regional centre varansi and study centre prayagraj 2703 but none of them give me a Positive response. Not only this i had visited both the centres but there IGNOU employees are behaving rudely and badly with me no one is ready to answering me. Their irrelevant behaviour leads to mentally harrassment on me. Please do some action towards them and help me to provide my marksheet.

I have done admission in CFE on 24th August 2022 but they showd me ur payment has been failed I thought it will be reverted back and paid again of 3700 and on second time the message was same after some time i tried with my another debit card and it got successful... But sir the refund of 7400 didn't got reverted on my account as I have e-mailed them 100's of time but I didn't got any response from ignou...

I Got admission In BCA course in IGNOU on 5th of September 2022. I had paid 7800 for taking admission.
I had sent a email regarding that i want to cancel my admission to IGNOU on 18th of September 2022 and on 19th September 2022 the replied to my email stating that my admission got cancelled as per the instructions given while filling the admission form of IGNOU my fees should have been refunded by now since i cancelled my admission withing 15 days. But still IGNOU have not refunded my admission fees.
I have tried Calling to the helpline number but no response from them.
I have emailed they but still no response.

I wanted to know the refund status of this CONTROL NUMBER - [protected]S .
and I have sent so many mails but didnt receive a single response.

ON[protected] I shared a mail on [protected]@ignou.ac.in to cancel MY 2021 MEC programme as I want to take admission in a differnt programme on this year 2022. So someone one of their employee cancelled the new programme course without my consent mentioning that " student asked to cancel this programme on[protected]" I have proof with me I have never asked any to cancel my new MEG programme ( MASTER OF ARTS IN ENGLISH) and its been almost 20 days and above I have not recive a single acknowledgement yet from their side.
when I went to kolkata regional centre they told me that IGNOU will refund the amount, as it was not your mistake. as the mistake was from ignou"s employee and the regional director advised me take a fresh admission again in MEG and they told me that the old admission amount will be refunded by IGNOU.
I know the IGNOU refund policy as well that If a student cancel any programme no refund will be provided but see I never gave any consent or never requested anyone to cancel my MEG course . I want my refund
