Sir/madam,

I had applied for the MCA course dated 30 July, 2022 and cancelled it on dated 10 Aug, 2022 due to some personal reason. They successfully cancelled my admission but they did not refunded my paid amount of 12000(course fee) + 300(registration fee).
I mail them almost daily to refund my paid fee, but they did not even respond any of my email.
They have written on their website that if you cancel the admission before the last date of admission only registration fee will be deducted.
Please help me out so that i can get my refund as soon as possible, because i have to make admission in other college.

I have applied for the MBA Online learning program on 11/08/2022. But my regional center doesn’t support online learning. According to the rules of IGNOU I am eligible for the refund. I had already sent several mails regarding the cancellation of my admission and refund of the fees, but with there’s no response from their side. So I humbly request you to resolve this issue.

Hi Sir / Madam, I am writing this email to request for the cancellation of my admission application form from IGNOU University. I accidentally applied a course and now I want to cancel the admission application .. Because I accidentally applied for this course with less documents and I want to cancel it... And I believe that I will get a full refund of cancellation of my course..

I applied for post graduate course (MEG) and now I want to cancel my admission application.. it is not approved by the University (IGNOU) yet.. and therefore today also Im trying to cancel it through poral but nothing happened, they want me to contact regional centre but regional centre also didn't response well and told me to contact with (IGNOU) official as they don't know anything..
And as per the cancellation rules .. i paid 7300 for the course and I will get refund of 7000 rupees and please help me to get my money sir/ mam.. please kindly help me .. So i really requesting you to help me in this problem. I will be very grateful to you mam/sir ..

This is regarding the negligence in my admission cancellation. Even after my multiple requests to cancel my admission. There has been no response from the IGNOU team till now . I enrolled myself in MATS in 2020 and later within the same week, I requested to cancel the same. But in response, I only received unsatisfactory answers.

I just wanted to understand, why is it so difficult to cancel an admission? I wasted time because of this lengthy and tiring process.

It's my humble request to cancel my MATS admission so that I can enroll myself in some other fruitful courses.

BSC in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering
Technology Chandigarh in year 2014. Sir I am in a big problem now as when I saw my
mark sheets from IGNOU they have a spelling mistake in my name, my marksheets from
NCHMCT have correct name but on IGNOU mark sheets its written Sukhdeep Paul instead
of Sukhdeep Pal, which is my correct name. due to which i can’t submit my mark sheets
for my further education and also can’t get official transcripts as it will have wrong name
on it. Also i never got my Final Degree Certificate for completion of course. I understand
that it’s been a long time and i should have applied earlier, but I honestly apologize for
negligence and i really want your help to me get my name rectified in the system and
how can I get new mark sheets with correct name and final degree certificate I have
attached my IGNOU Marksheet, IHM marksheet & also 10th std certificate for reference of

I have paid a fee of Rs.4800 to IGNOU on 30th July 2022. I applied for BA psychology programme. The fee was deducted from my bank account but the admission was not confirmed. I tried mailing them & calling them but there was no response. The number they have provided to call was busy all the time. I am from a financially struggling family, please help me out here

I beg to say that iam a new student of INDRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY. I took addmission in 15th March, through online and paid for books at that time itself. I mailed regarding books to them they dispatched only 3 books they didn't send me remaining books i am mailing them right from may month and they are not responding my calls or replying to my mail till now i haven't received my books. i have paid for my books while taking addmission. i belong to a very poor family i can't understanding that what will happen i ' ll get books or lose my money.

My exam was good. My name is Sonu Kumar. I am a student of Ignou Kolkata (BA), enrollment no[protected]. I had submitted my 3rd year assignment marks of ESO12 & AHE1 on 4 Apr 2021. These 2 subjects assignment marks are still not updated and also not showing assignment status. I has complaint many times at Ignou grievance cell. Ialso visited study center (Durgapur Womens college, 2848) many times, and they assured me that it will be updated soon. But these subjects marks still not updated and also there assignment status are not showing. I attached slip of assignment submission in attached column.
