Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I have done payment on[protected] after a successful payment we have print the payment slip but the payment details are not updated on application is still showing not paid.
Have tried to call on each and every contact number mentioned by igonu but they are not even answering the calls.
I'm not even sure the university is fake or real. I have attached here bank statement fund transfer IGNOU Bank Account. Otherwise refund back in my bank account.

    Dear sir /madam, my name is M V Varaprasad and I applied for ignou registration for BCOMAF on 31st Jan 2023 and control number is [protected]S, my mobile number is [protected] and I paid twice the amount of Rs 7935/- around at 8.30 and 11.30 pm on 31st Jan 2023 through gateway 2 by SBI CREDIT CARD but still application shows me that fee is pending and deducted amount is not returned back to me and I seek assistance from you and please find the attachments, thank you!

      I am Soumili Chatterjee. Enrollment number : [protected]. Correct address: 65/66B B-4 Rani Harshamukhi Road. My grade card and certificate is dispatched to a wrong address of Kochi with speed post number ED[protected]IN and is not delivered. I am pointing this issue from the last one month.

      They have dispatched my grade card in december 2022 to a wrong Kochi address (old), which has been changed in July 2022. Now it is their duty to dispatch to the correct Kolkata address, which is clearly visible in my login details. I am not staying in Kochi, the address is changed, I cannot visit the post office of another state.
      Why is my grade card dispatched to Kochi, which is not the correct address?? When can I expect the grade card to be dispatched to the correct address??

      It is your responsibility to dispatch the grade card to the correct address. Without reading anything, you people are replying to the grievances. Now I will have to take other steps.

          Respected sir/ madam,
          I Himanshi Negi, had taken the admission for BSCG (Bachelor of science) but for some personal reasons I have cancelled my admission on 28/11/2022 and that got approved on 29/11/2022. I have not received a fee refund status yet. I have tried to mail more than 5 times as per given mail address but I have not gotten any response from them. Currently my financial condition is very weak and I am in a great need of money. Thus it's my request to refund my money as soon as possible.

              My june-2022-tee re-evaluation result for subject - BCS-53 web programming is still not declared. I had applied for re-evaluation on 19th october 2022.                     Hi,
                    I have applied for the admission on IGNOU for MCA and paid the all the fee the amount of rs : 14, 300/- and due to some personal reason i have cancelled my admission on DEC 09 2022. And that got approved.
                    Enquired about refund and process, they replied that it will refunded within 30 days but still i didn't received the refund.

                    Please help me out with hard earned money to get refunded.

                      My name is Ankita Mehta enrolled under the ID [protected] in Mcom Finance and taxation.
                      As per the attached screenshot, I'm not eligible for refund. However, I cancelled my admission many days before the deadline of admission.
                      I was informed that the fee will be refunded by end of December by one of the executive.
                      As informed to me, kindly refund the money as soon as possible. It has been 5 months

                        with due respect i want to state that i have cancelled my admission on 15th september 2022 and after sending them so many mails till this month i received a mail on as of today 6th january 2023 .As you can see its been more than 3 months . And the amount is not even reflected in my bank account. Only mail is sent by them no actual amount is showing in my bank account. Please help me to get my refund .

                          Today 09:02 pm I received an email saying your money has been refunded/credited to your account, but when I checked my account balance it shows nothing. And when I checked the time when they sent the money. It was around 1:59:332 pm. Please kindly explain this. I will attach the picture also.

                            Today at 9:02 pm I received an email saying refunded when I checked my account. Still, no credit is shown, although it said it was transferred at 1:59:332pm. When I opened my account to check the balance, it showed no sign of any credit given to my account and although I have the email sent by them, I am not able to share it on this platform. I even took a screen shot of the email.

                              Today, on 9:02pm I had received an email saying that they have refunded my money back in account no:[protected]. I have even got the screen shot of it. When checked my account I have still got. And when I opened the email. The bank account number which they have send my money doesn't match with the one on which I have deposited my money, i have deposited my money through this account number:- [protected].
                              I misplaced it with the bank reference no and bank account number.

                                      I applied for a Bachelor of Arts(Hons) in political science on 13/09/22, and I got a confirmation email on the given date itself. And I canceled my application and it got confirmed on 08/10/22. I got it from my religion study centers, and even I got proof if you need one it's been almost a month since I canceled my application. Yet I haven't got any email related to my refunds. Although I have sent several emails related to student support, they keep sending me different types of email addresses to address my problem. And I did send an email to their mentioned email. I haven't gotten any sort of reply from them. And it's been almost a month since I registered my first complaint and since that, I haven't received any notice/email from them. Even after calling my regional center about the refund policy, they answered me in a rude tone. I wonder who must have appointed them. They cut the phone without even letting me finish my talk. Please I need the refund.
