I sumanta maharana, enrollment no.[[protected]], course ba, regional centre - bhubaneswar is here by forwarding my grievance of "non receipt of the marksheet and provisional certificate" till date. It is to inform you that despite of completion of ba course on july 2017 i was not yet provided provincial passing certificate as well as marksheet due to which i am unable to take admissions for the further studies and various courses.

Please give my provisional certificate.

This complaint is being made for the delay in result. Generally ignou declares result of all the exams from august for june 2018 tee. This is a huge delay. They even do not pick up the phones if want to make any inquiry in this matter. They are cheating with the future of the student. They are not telling the actual result of the student instead they are making remark of not completed and even they are not updating the grade card

I have completed my MCA in Dec 2016 from IGNOU, Study centre:Kaloor, Kerala. Its more than one and a half years that I am waiting for Convocation to receive original Degree certificate. But the convocation is delaying. The last dates are being extended as unlimited.. July 15th to July 30, July 30th to Aug16, Aug 16th to Aug31, Aug31 to Sep15. My URGENCY is that I have to join for PhD. So that requires MCA original certificate urgently. The universities are not accepting the temporary certificate provided by ignou. So is there any way that I can receive my certificate before Aug 31st. IF I DIDNT GET THE IGNOU MCA ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, I WILL MISS MY PHD ADMISSION. Why are the universities playing with students future. Its a humble request. I am ready to come to IGNOU, Delhi to get my certificate. No one in IGNOU is responding correctly regarding this issue. Please forward this mail to appropriate person who is taking decisions regarding convocation. By extending the date of convocation, you are waiting for some students to register by spoiling other students life like mine. Please issue MY DEGREE CERTIFICATE. I have studied the course by paying the fees and not under any concession. And I am not asking for a free certificate. I have paid for the certificate too. Kindly consider this and let me know how can I get my certificate at the earliest. Please release MY CERTIFICATE.

Where as, i got the result of aed, but i am not able to find result for bege-104.

Whether for this subject, whether result declared or not.

My ignou results are declared this month in august 20 of ignou 2018 term end examination but in my grade card my ehi 01 subject is not showing there, and theory marks of two subject i. E is bege103& eso16 are not showing.

Most humbly and respect fully i have to say that l am a student of bdp ba 3rd year enrollment no.[protected]. L have selected following subjects for the mentioned courses:-
Epa-5, epa-6, anc-01, bece-214.
I have not received the study materials of the above mentioned subjects yet. Actually i was not available on the address given by me due to my air force service exigencies. When i contacted to my post office, he said you were not available on the given address, so the study materials returned back to ignou regional center varanasi.
It's my humble request please send my all the study materials on new address, which has been changed by you for which i had applied. So that i can submit my assignment in time and prepare for the term end exam dec 2018. My session is january 2018.

Hi myself ashish ignou enrol no :[protected]. Even after completing mca on dec 2017, not received provisional certificate and marksheet yet. Nobody from rc or from ignou is helping here. I am not in town and trying to reach ignou by there helpline numbers but nobody is entertaining the calls. Student support is pathetic. I need docs to submit to my company and also for my further studies. Requesting you to please help me in this to get all docs from ignou asap.

Hi,
I had enrolled on 2016 for mswc, ignou. My 1st year marks and assignments were published without any hassle, but for 2nd year after my assignment submission, the 12th assignment was misplaced by your good office (2017 mar). I resubmiited the assignment again (Apr2018) for which they confirmed that the results will be published by jul18. The marks for my assignment is not yet published. I checked with our office in trivandrum and they confirmed that it is been send. Both the submissions are marked in their register with their acknowldgement. Has it been again lost/misplaced? Should i resubmit again?

I am unable to see my mark due to readmission not done by ignou where i have send my fees and documents in april 18. After my repeated mail and calls no one is responding.

I am suffering a lot because the last date to submit examination fee will passed away if i will failed on that paper.

I have visited regional center many time but no one is interested to solve my problem..

Result has already published in Aug 18 but i am unable to see it because readmission is pending.

With duerespect, i would like inform you that, i had applied for transcription on 7 july delhi, maiden garhi also deposited my draft for transcription.

And even i had tried so many times to call them but no one picking up phone and even i had mailed them regarding same but no one is responding too. Please do needful and share me the status asap, as i am waiting for this for applying inabroad.
​i am totally depressed when i am trying to contact them, most of the time it is busy or no one picking the call.in the mean time, i am trying to contact all other no. Every dept said, do call to another no. Now i dont understand, where should i contact or with whom?
I am belongs to rajasthan, cant possible to come to delhi again again. Sir i had taken admission in ignou meg course in 2017 online. However, i got control number[protected], after some time my admission was rejected by ignou authority for various reason. I forward three mail to rc lucknow for refund the admission fees. But till to date i didn't get refund. Please take necessary action towards my admission fees refund.

This is regarding online application for control number - [protected]p.

After filling up all the required details, we tried to make payment with online gateway through net banking on 13-jul-18. But first two attempts were not successful. The payment was successful only at the third attempt. So i checked with my bank to refund the money for unsuccessful transaction. But after investigation, they found that the money was already transferred to ignou account. The online payment reference are provided below to ignou in a separate mail.

So could you please help to refund the money (7400*2= 14800) which were being transferred incorrectly due to some technical issue?

Kindly let me know if you need any further details for the refund procedure.

Dear sir.

I was enrolling myself for the ba and i completed all the steps of registration. I paid rs.2600 for the course fee and ammount has been debuted from my account but there is still registration is not complete in my status kindly concern.
