: request to compensate gap of one session in regard to pgdcft course denied by ignou after a negligent approach and a lapse of three months (Approximately) resulting in a gap in studies of a brilliant student (Vaishali paul)

Sir,

I feel honored and fortunate to approach your good offices regarding my admission in pgdcft (Online) through ignou.
Sir, i took admission in the above-mentioned course on 24/07/2018 vide control number [protected]p and deposited fee amounting 17000/- through the debit card (Online) and a receipt has been obtained in this regard (Attached).
Hon'ble sir, i waited for more than two months to get my identitiy card and study materials in the printed form which i had opted for.
Sir, after waiting for a long period of time i personally visited the campus office of ignou and to my utmost astonishment, i was told that my admission to above said the course is rejected. However, i was not intimated in this regard which is very embarrassing.

I completed my graduation from delhi university in this current year only and if my admission is rejected by the university, it will hamper my future prospects and i shall be deprived of my right to education bestowed on me by our constitution.
Sir, i belong to scheduled caste community which desperately needs education especially the education of women to take part in the development of society and our country.
It is pertinent to mention here that admission has been given to the student who studied " home science and social work'. But i had been denied/rejected without consideration of my graduate degree in human resource management which is more closely related with pgdcft than home science and social work.

In view of the above i solicit your kind intervention and directions to consider my eligibility in wide projection of the curriculum of the said course and humbly request to use your discretionary powers in regard to my admission to pgdcft marking a true milestone step towards women education especially from the underprivileged scheduled caste community.

I shall be grateful to you for this act of kindness and do my best to bring laurels to my country in arena of advanced studies for women.

Sir, i once again request you to kindly take appropriate necessary action to save my career prospects.

If a need arises and i am given an opportunity to visit your good offices to explain my grievances/problem, i am ready to visit your kind offices and will be highly obliged.

I am manas gupta from kolkata and i would like to share my experience with ignou. I am studying m.com from ignou and recently i have completed giving all my exams for my m.com 1st and 2nd year. I have cleared all the subjects in my m.com 1st and 2nd year with good marks and without reappearing in any exam.
However, there was one last subject in m.com 2nd year "mco-07" in which the examiner failed me by awarding me only 36/100. I thought that maybe this was a mistake and then i applied for "re-evaluation". But when my reevaluation result came out, again i was awarded 34/100 which is very shocking. I am a student of ignou who was able to score even 70, 69, 64/100 in written examination but i am not sure how and why the ignou examiners awarded me 36/100 and if that was not enough, they again awarded me 34/100 in reevaluation. I am feeling very upset and disappointed from ignou right now but not sure what to and whom to approach to fix this as ignou has a very good habit of not to picking up phones when people are calling them. I guess there is only one way which is to re-appear for exam as reevaluation was a complete failure for me. So i am writing in this forum asking for help if anyone can please let me know what can be done now other than reappearing for exam. I have a very good feeling that i am being cheated by ignou. I had a very very bad experience with ignou and will not recommend anyone in future to go for this university.

Sir plz i am brajendra nandan shukla, jharkhand se surat pandey degree college garhwa dist se ignou me ba part 1 me admission liya aur identity card sign ke liye director ke pass ignou office ranchi bheje bt ek month ho gya abhi tak nhi aaya, aur books v nhi bheja gya, hme bataya gya tha ki ek week me college me aa jayega bt abhi tak nhi aaya, college bolta hi dubara bhej do, to fir mera first me bheja gya identity card kaha gya.

I cleared my final exam in june 2018 but still i didn't receive my marks card and degree certificate. I went bangalore regional centre but no one is responding properly. Just tired of asking to them. Just they will tell that it will come.. So how far it will take time. Fed up of people who are working in bangalore regional centre. If anyone checking complaint then please give me reply.

University.My issue is regarding study material .IGNOU sent only 50% material and only 30 days remaining for exam .and there is no contact no. For complaint registration, IGNOU centre don't provide material and they dont have authority of study material.i request to authority to take necessary and quick about it.

I am a student of ignou. My enrollment no. Is[protected]. I appeared in my last exam at june 2018. It's been over 3 month since my last exam and my result is still incomplete. All of my result been published except one that is lse-1. I called at ignou office for hundred times but no one responded.. When i visited there they said they will upload it within a week but its been a month now. I have no information what happened to my result.. I am facing a lot of problems dealing with ignou. They don't even respond to calls & mails. As in the starting i faced problems regarding study material and other important issues and now after finally completed mcom in july i have not yet received my provisional certificate & mark sheet. Even after providing demand draft, and application form for duplicate marksheet, they are not processing the request. Demand dratf still unpaid after 1 month. Nisha chauhan meg second year student 2018 to 19 batch... She has no manners how to talk fellowmates... She had use abusive word in my personal no. And also ignou group.. I am facing lots of problem with the carelessness of the ignou i have given my term-end exams on june 2018 and till now i am unable to receive the complete result this was my last year at ignou. Sir, i mohan upadhayay, student of blis, enrollment no.[protected], was appeared in term end exam dec 2017. My results out in feb 18. Grade card shows success fully completed in all subjects. But i have not received my marks sheet yet. I was contacted my regional center mulund at mumbai for this but they r telling me contact ignou delhi. Presently i got transferred out from mumbai to arakkonam in chennai.

मैंने इग्नु में 2011 में m.com में नामांकन लिया था, लेकिन अभी तक मेरा रिजल्ट स्पस्ट नहीं हुआ है | ibo-6 का असाईमेंट नंबर ऐड नहीं किया गया, जिसके तहत मैंने आवेदन भी दिया, जानकारी भी दिया|स्टडी सेंटर जाता हूँ तो कहा जाता है की रीजनल सेंटर जाता हूँ तो कहा जाता है की स्टडी सेंटर जाइये और कहा जाता है की अपडेट हो जायेगा, पर कुछ नहीं होता है|इसके तहत मैंने सारे प्रूफ दिखा चूका हूँ|जिसमे ibo-6 का असाईमेंट जमा करने की पर्ची भी है|बस बार बार दौड़ाते रहते है| मैं 5 साल से इंतजार कर रहा हूँ|ये मेरे करियर के साथ खिलवाड़ हो रहा है |कृपया मेरी सहायता करें.

It is to inform you that despite of completion of ba course on july 2017 i was not yet provided provincial passing certificate as well as marksheet due to which i am unable to take admissions for the further studies and various courses.
