Dear sir... I am navanita chatterjee. Enrollment number[protected].. I still don't get my study materials..in the status it is showing to be expected to deliver in about 14th july but still we don't get the material of che 4, phe 11, phe 14, phe 15, acc1, phe 12l.
We did our registration in the very first moment even some of my batch mates also did it at the last moment but they got their study materials. Then why we are suffering. We all are of same study centre and houses are not so far with respect to each other then why this discrepancy happens sir... Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

I have paid my online fee for admission 6200 on 14th of july but it has been deducted from my account but not reflecting on the portal.

Since the last date was 15th of july and the portal was still not updated and asking to pay the fee, so i paid the fee again on 15th of july, which is successfully paid.

So my fees has been deducted twice, i contacted my respective bank. Bank is stating that the payment is transferred successfully from their end so ask the ignou to get that refunded.

So i would request you to please check and refund my 6200 asap.

No one is replying me eventhough i have sent alot of emails to them.

Dear sir,

I have submitted my synopsis it got approved and submitted my project report as well. Waited for the result.. Tried reaching many times ho they are saying i have not done the project and i purchased it.. As my guide was not from the same city... I told them to conduct the viva if they have such doubts, they said they will call me for the viva and if they are satisfied they will approve it. Later i did not receive any calls from the university. If they feel it so it so why did they approve my synopsis they could have rejected it... I paid so much of money for this mba without leaving my hope and i gave my 8 years of time for this.. I really dont know what to do now this mba is really imp for me its my hard work. No body is ready to talk to me on this simply they are saying i purchased my project without any clarity how can one come to the conclusion like this, and i am ready to face the viva.. No body inform me what should i do next.. Simply i wasted my 8 years of duration... I cleared all my 21 subjects which is very hard to clear. I really lost the hope that i will get my mba.

Sir, i have completed BA final yr in jun 17, there is a clerical mistake in my grade card
it is showing that my EPA -6 assignment not submitted, and EPA -3 assignment submited2 times,
but that EPA-3 assignment of 18sep 17 is of EPA-06, this is clerical mistake
as im providing u necessary attachments
plz look into the matter nd short out as soon as possible.

programe MOS ( Master of Arts in Sociology required in july 2018
session. i have successfully entered all the information correctly
through online. when i have paid the first time the transaction was
displayed as 'Unsuccessful' then i made on attempt for second time
transaction was found successful and my admission from is submitted.
after same hours i checked my bank. transaction. I have found that
both the transaction was successful an the amount deducted 2 time from

Please refer my above details and kindly note, I have 3 complaints as follows:
1) Still, I didn't get my M.com certificate from Ignou.
2) My name registered in the University record wrongly as BINOJN C, instead of BINOJ C. I received my first-year course completion certificate with the wrong name. Now I need to rectify my name in the first-year certificate along with the second-year certificate which I didn't receive yet.
3) My address has changed, already sent several requests for change of address, all my requests are returned back.

Actually IGNOU M.A (History) program for stay technical problem 2 time money be are transection success full . I mean one program 2 time money transection complete . So kindly remember my complain when I was filling the form M.A program that's time net was a very slow so I have not understand this time what I can do and also again seen the display as pay details again continue you so this time again I am pay details give in the site that's after I cannot preview my form and also not find my print copy

Good afternoon sir/mam actually I am the student of MPA in IGNOU my enrollment no is[protected] as per registration i had applied for Re-registration on 15 July 2018 as all processes was done by system even fees was also payed as per transaction id is 182R130477 but I haven't got any confirmation of Re-registration on msg & mail kindly update regarding this as soon as possible.

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I have done payment on 15/07/2018 after a successful payment we have print the payment slip but the payment details are not updated on application is still showing not paid.

Have tried to call on each and every contact number mentioned by igonu but they are not even answering the calls.

I'm not even sure the university is fake or real.

I wanted to complete one of the courses (MS100) that was pending. IGNOU office, Pune was contacted for the same in person. They refused to give any information and said "everything is there on the website. Look at the website and follow".

I went through so many pages, documents before I could finally find the way to register for my pending course. The deadline for the readmission was in May and I collated all the documents and the DD (as mentioned in the website) and couriered to IGNOU office.

Now, they call me and mail me saying that fee has been revised and you need to resubmit a new DD. Also, they are asking for more documents that are not even mentioned on the website.

If the fee was revised, then it should have been updated on the website. IGNOU cannot keep troubling students like this. There is significant effort, time and money spent to do all these formalities and doing it again is out of question.

My request to the authorities to do justice to students. Students cannot be held liable if the IGNOU authorities are unhelpful and fail to update their website.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I did my online admission on 12-06-18, and there was a payment error and I got a message after completion that transaction failed.My payment of Rs.2400 has been deducted from my SBI account via PayU PAYMENTS PRIVATE LTD but I have received no notification from IGNOU ackgnowledging my registration.
I have again done my re registration via the offline mode at the regional centre but have not received my refund of wrong transaction which I already informed to the IGNOU on 12/JUNE/2018 via email
please look into the matter

Well I have tried to call ignou helpline number many a times.
But no one recv the call.

All my classmate got there marksheet except me.

The certificate is very important for my life. I am from poor family so i guess whatvis the importance of me to study

I am jessica. My enrollment number is[protected]. I am doing ma economics (Mec). I had submitted all my assignments. It has been a year and i have not received the assignment marks for two subjects yet.
My pending subjects are mec-109 and mpa-015.
As i have a transferable job, i am unable to visit my study center. They do not receive any phone calls. I fell very helpless.

I have contacted ignoy centre delhi for nonevaluation of assignment marks which i submitted in september 2017... I have mailed and called many timrs vjt no one respknded properly and i was told that ignou has not alloted the recognised councellor for the mentioned subject... Its been year long period and i am nkt able to fill the examination form for any further education... I dont know what to do now to register the complain against ignou and get resolved the issue.
