I am student of meg (Final year) my enrolment no is[protected], i has a problem with my id card as it was not duly stamped at the time of my admission as the ignou office people were busy in their own things. They were actually in a hurry to close down and i was new to this system so i was unaware about the formalities.

I was suppose to write exam on 09/06/2018 at the centre mount abu public school sector-18 (Centre code-29057d) but i was not allowed to appear/write the exam because of my id card which i already used in giving 3 previous paper at the same centre.

I had all other id proofs such as my hall ticket, my original adhaar card and even voter id card plus my id card (Just without stamp). Even after having all the other important documents, they simply refused to let me sit for the exam and many other students for the paper. However, they were not checking any such things the other day.

Now my whole year is wasted due to arrogance of the principle "dr. Archana arora" of the school and the ignou invigilator that day, to whom i really pleaded to let me sit in the examination as it was my final year.

My main concern is that ignou should have granted certain liberty in the matter as all are distance learning student and still have to go to the regional centre for such petty formalities. Should't they have a complete online process as their admission is also through online process.

I want you to please take notice of this and provide me with a solution so that my degree is not withhold till next year due to just one missed paper.

I have completed my graduation in commerce-bdp from ignou in year 2004. But i have not received my consolidated mark sheet as well grade card. So i have approached ignou helpdesk and local centre but not successed.

I have done lots of mail communications related to this to mail id : [protected]@ignou.ac.in but they do not responded also i have tried to call so many times to their helpdesk[protected] /[protected] but no body was lifting up the phone. Also visited to local centre as they are denying to help as they said we cannot do anything, you have to approach to helpdesk located at delhi.

So need my marksheet and gradecard on urgent basis as i have applied for further studies and due to non availability of my marksheet, i won't be able to enroll for that.

Ignou — non receipt of marksheet and provisional certificate

I jauni kumar, enrollment no.[protected], program bdp, regional centre - bengaluru is here by forwarding my grievance of "non receipt of the marksheet and provisional certificate" till date. It is to inform you that despite of completion of ba course on december 2017 i was not yet provided provincial passing certificate as well as marksheet due to which i am unable to take admissions for the further studies and various courses.

This a message to ignou, "i would really be very much obliged if you send me the marksheet and provisional certificate to the under mentioned address at the earliest so that i can carry out my further studies. Sir, total course fees for a bsc life science course is 10500. Ie, 3500 per year. That is clearly noted in ignou's all sites and propectus. Bt now i am trying to reregister my 2nd year, it showing that i need to pay 4200... Why is it so???. Please let me know... Is the 2 nd year fees only 3500???. Or more? Then how it will be more.? According to your course details it is only 3500 per year for 3 year bsc degree program...

Mpa[protected] i have completed my m. A through ignou in 2017 during the course i face two problemes.
1. I didnt get my study material on time.
2. The most important marksheet/ provisional certificate which i didnt get yet.
Please send my marksheet as it takes already two months. If you dont send my marksheet in next ten days it will waste my whole year. So, i request to all the authorities please send my marksheet on time. That will be kindness.

I have faced two issues dealing with ignou.
1. Didnt get my study material on time, and then i study and prepare from web.
2. Issue regarding marksheet/ provisional certificate as the regional centre said my marksheet will send to me in 40 days but now it is more than two months! I didn't receive that (Marksheet) yet. I request to the authorities please send my marksheet as soon as possible in other words it will waste my whole year

My mco-01 result is not updated till now. Whereas all result for term end exam dec2017 has been updated in first week of march, 18. It's so late and it is hard to me to appear in the month of june if the result of said course is not in favour. Please look up the matter as soon as possible.

Kishan chandra halder, enrollment no[protected], submitted assignment courses che-4, che-6, still did'nt find any uptades in grade card, now it went more than 1year waiting for the status, and also the theory tee examination results of few courses are yet due to be apdated since 1 year-courses are as fallows-che-2, che-5. I gokila prakash, had applied for openmat x1 in 2016 which was scheduled to be conducted on 21 aug 2016, but suddenly it got postponded and except for the handbook i didn't receive hallticket or any other intimation regarding the same. I have made several complaints for the past 2 years but i did not receive any solution from your side, so i kindly request you to either refund my amount of 1500 rupees which i had paid for the exam or send me a hallticket to appear for the next openmat in 2018.

Hi, i wanted to complain about ignou. I had sent my documents with a dd of rs. 1000/- for the transcript which had to be sent to canada. Docket number of the courier is [protected] dated 19-april. Till today there is no response from ignou. Its already been a month. I have tried my best to call them and send emails to them but no response form them. I have already received my transcript from another universities, then when then they inform us when all the details are given there. Kindly help in retrieving the status of my transcript.

I had graduated successfully in 2015, and paid for the degree certificate to be received as well. I had provided a different address for it to be mailed, since i had relocated. However, even after more than a year, ignou has still not sent me the degree certificate. The delhi center says the regional center has the degree certificate. The regional center says they have already mailed it to me old address. The post office at my old address say they have not received anything, neither has my residence association at my old address. Now delhi center says apply for a duplicate degree certificate by filing an fir, etc. Is this fair? I have copies of all emails that i have sent with all communication to them. They are just giving us the run-around for a degree that has been rightfully earned. Please help!

I was the student of bts, shruti shirishbhai shah from year[protected]. I passed out in all the subjects. I have all the marksheets after so many online complaints i have not received my certificate of degree yet. Please let me know what should i do to get it. Dear sir/madam,
The following is a mail i sent to dr. Sanjeev, registrar, mpdd, dr. Himadri roy and anu aneja on the 16th of april 2018 after my failed efforts through e-mails prior to that. The grievance was regarding me not getting my study materials and interestingly it still remains the same! I have paid for the course and yet due to the lack of effort and coordination from the people concerned i have lost my 1 year already. Please do something to solve my grievance. All am asking even now is to dispatch my study materials to me. I am still not interested to take the legal route. I have lost 1 year and these people are damn responsible. Here is the copy of my mail:

"dear sir/ madam,
I am student of pg diploma in women and gender studies (July.2017 enrollment). Here are my particulars:

I must mention with utmost grief that i made a terrible mistake by joining for the course as the co-ordination and promptness at the administrative level is pathetic. I enrolled for the course in july (I. E. Applied by remitting fees in apr.17) and had the 1st induction in oct.17! We don't have an academic counselor per se! (I know you'd say that that is a matter with the regional centre). I received my 2 text books in the 2nd week of dec.17!! (Where as that is the deadline of submitting my 1st sem assignments!).

I got book 4 on 14th april.18 and am yet to receive my book 3 and project guide! (Last date of submission of 2nd sem assignments and project is apr.30, 2018). I am fed up sending complaint mails to the regional centre, its director and course coordinators anu aneja and himadri roy. To such an extend that mr. Himadri roy doesn't even reply my mails anymore!!

I repeat the particulars:
Received: book 1, book 2 (Sem 1) and book 4 (Sem 2)

Yet to receive: book 3 and project guide (Sem 2)

To add to all the aforementioned farce, the dispatch in university website shows that i have received all books on feb 24, 26, 2018! (I have attached that with this mail for your reference). Let me add that neither have i received it nor have the regional centre got it.

As a university. As per rules, you charge fine/extra fee if i (Or any student) delay 1 day in submitting an assignment or exam fee.in terms of material dispatch this has become a gruesome issue and a breach of my rights as a student who has paid full fees on time!
What answer do you have for me? Or are you pushing me to no other option that taking this issue to the court?
I must say that i really regret having chosen pgdwgs in ignou and the way the course is being conducted is highly disappointing and below all standards, which is not befitting to a national university.
I hope you would reply me some way out.

Please do the needful. I am really fed up mailing the aforementioned people who don't even bother to reply. Dr. Sanja kumar did reply ordering his allies to look into it immediately, but it has been 1 month now and no one seems to bother about his mail..!!
