    I have chosen to pay my BSNL Post paid Mobile bill through easemydeal for the mobile number [protected] an amount of rupees 482/- and the amount is deducted from my kotak mahendra bank account, but it was not paid to the BSNL and the amount is credited to my e wallet which is not able to transfer to pay bsnl. Therefore I request that my money may please be remitted back into my account .without any further delay.

          Paid ₹99 for recharge on BSNL mobile number but didn't got the recharge yet. Want refund if not possible by today. If i won't recieve the refund or recharge within 48 hours, will sure raise a complaint against the company to the cyber crime cell

                        Dear sir, my state bank of India savings bank account is [protected]. A transaction of Rs 676.37 was made towards the Jio recharge of Mobile No [protected] from this account on 26.06.2022 by service provider Inditab Esolutions Private Limited. An amount of Rs 676.37 got deducted from this account but the recharge failed due to internet problems of the service provider. I waited till now for the realisation of this amount but there is no refund so far. Kindly take up the matter at the earliest with the Inditab Esolutions Private Limited for realisation of the stated amount.

                              On 21/06/2022
                              I had paid my mobile recharge via credit card at easymydeal website( inditab e solutions prv) at around 12.30 AM.payment done but still recharge not done .

                              On 21/06/2022 I have emailed to [protected]@inditab.com about this case .
                              And they replied as apologizes .but not initiate to pay return ..

                              I seem that it has been fraud with me .

                                  On 17/6/22 i tried to recaharge my Jio sim [protected] using inditab esolutions pvt but recharge was unsuccessful but still the amt Rs 186/- deducted from my bank a/c and so far it is not reversed and hence this complaint.i used google pay.

                                  i am astonished to see that the complaint is resolved.But so far the deducted amt Rs 186/- is not credited to my bank a/c even after a lapse of 12 days.Please take necessary action to credit the said amt for the unsuccessful recharge of jio sim using GPAY to my bank a/c.

                                      Would like to bring to your attention that, I had done a mobile recharge for Rs.149 dated 11 Jun 2022 on inditab.com payment gateway but the recharge had not happened whereas the money got debited from my saving account. I waited for 4 to 5 days but still dint not got the refund.

                                      Can you pls look into it and arrange for a early refund of Rs.149.00
