    11th March at 10:30 am, I paid my Airtel postpaid bill through your website and link ...but till date the payment has not been posted to my mobile account... They have suspended my mobile services and I am facing inconvenience due to this.. the amount of 363/- has been debited from my credit card. Pls help and track the payment and post it to my Airtel account...I am attaching the proof of payment made through you ..

          I have on 27.03.2022 recharge data of jio for an amount of rs.479.57 . The amount has been debited in my account of Bandhan Bank but the amount has not been credited to the beneficiary. An error has been shown online while completing the process. Please refund the amount.

                  There was a payment done on 27/03/2022 against a postpaid Airtel no.The amount is mentd below.But the amount was not credited against the no. as it was confirmed by Airtel side.
                  Kindly request you to look into the matter and transfer the same.
                  PF below the message from the bank after it got debited-

                  "Rs.1321.84 has been debited from account **2111 to VPA [protected]@ybl on 27-03-22. Your UPI transaction reference number is[protected]".

                                        I had recharged my number [protected]. And the recharge is still not done. Last time the same thing happened with my fast tag. This is not how a company should work. Credit the money back to me or recharge my phone asap.
